Some standard content:
QB/T2414-1998 Based on the production and use of cationic fatliquors in the domestic leather industry, this standard is specially formulated. This standard is formulated based on the cationic synthetic fatliquors with alkyl ammonium salt surfactants commonly used in the domestic market as emulsifiers. It is also suitable for cationic fatliquors with alkyl morpholine salts, alkyl imidazoles, and alkyl pyridinium salts as emulsifiers. This standard is suitable for cationic fatliquors in all categories. Cationic fatliquors are mainly used for surface fatliquors in leather production. Due to their charge, they are beneficial to the penetration of chromium, prevent surface over-penetration, and also help to increase the absorption rate of oils and dyes. This standard was proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Fur Leather Standardization Center. Drafting units of this standard: Shanghai Leather Chemical Plant, Tingjiang Chemical Plant in Shiyu City, Sichuan Province, Ningbo Leather Chemical Plant, Zhejiang Leather Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Qian Fugen, Lu Xianju, Ma Zhaoyun, Lin Bin, and Wang Sufen. 411 Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Cationic fatliquor for leatherbzxZ.net QB/T 2414-1998 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of cationic fatliquor for leather. QB/T2158--1995 Test method for fatliquor for leather QB/T2412-1998 Technical general rules for leather chemicals 3 Technical requirements The technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Water content, % pH (100g/L emulsion) Emulsion stability (1:9 dilution) Test method Oil-like liquid or paste-like body, no mechanical impurities 50.0 No floating oil for 24h, no stratification Cation General rules for sampling and testing shall comply with the provisions of Chapters 3 and 4 of QB/T2412-1998. 4.1 Appearance Take an appropriate amount of sample, put it in a beaker, and inspect visually. 4.2 Determination of water content Inspect according to 3.2 of QB/T2158-1995. 4.3 Determination of pH Inspect according to 3.3 of QB/T2158-1995. 4.4 Determination of emulsion stability Test according to 3.4 of QB/T2158-1995. 4.5 Cation qualitative Weigh 3.0g of the sample, dilute to 100mL with water (20℃~30℃), and shake well. Take a drop of the sample in a test tube, add 5mL of chloroform, 5mL of 0.1% bromophenol blue solution, and 1mL of 1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, then shake well, mix well and let it stand for stratification. The chloroform layer is yellow, which proves that it contains cationic functional groups. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Batch QB/T 2414—1998 Products produced at one time with the same raw materials and the same process are considered a batch. Samples are taken for inspection according to the production batch, and the sample for each batch is not less than 500g. 5.2 Factory inspection 5.2.1 Products must be inspected batch by batch before leaving the factory, and they can only leave the factory after passing the inspection. 5.2.2 Inspection items Numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Table 1 should be inspected. 5.2.3 Qualification judgment If all four indicators are qualified, it is considered qualified. 5.3 Type inspection 5.3.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. a) When there are major changes in product structure, process, and materials; b) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; c) When the national quality supervision agency requires type inspection; d) When production is normal, type inspection shall be carried out every quarter. 5.3.2 Sampling quantity Randomly select 3 to 5 packaging units from each batch of products, and take 150g to 200g from each package. 5.3.3 Qualification judgment If only item No. 1 fails in the inspection results, the product is judged to be qualified. If one (or more) of the other items fail, double sampling should be done again; the unqualified items should be retested. If there are still unqualified items except item No. 1 in the retest results, the product is judged to be unqualified. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Marking Each package should be painted or affixed with a firm mark, which includes: product name, model, batch number, production date, shelf life, factory name, factory address, trademark, net weight, standard number, and stamped with the manufacturer's inspection pass mark or attached with a certificate of conformity. 6.2 Packaging The products are packed in clean, pollution-free, well-sealed containers that are easy to transport. 6.3 Transportation When shipping, the products should be loaded and unloaded gently to avoid severe impacts, prevent the packaging containers from being damaged and causing leakage, and prevent exposure to sunlight, freezing, moisture, and fire. 6.4 Storage 6.4.1 The products should be stored in a ventilated and cool warehouse at a storage temperature of 5℃~35℃, and should be kept away from exposure to sunlight, freezing, moisture, and fire. 6.4.2 The products in the original packaging (original, sealed, original label intact without abnormality) shall be stored and transported according to the specified conditions, and the shelf life shall be six months from the date of production.
