This standard applies to pellet feed presses (hereinafter referred to as pellet presses) with horizontal annular die working on the extrusion principle. The pellet press shall be able to work reliably indoors or in a shed at an ambient temperature of 5~40℃. The structure of the pellet press should meet the following requirements: a. The gap between the die and the roller can be adjusted, and the adjustment range is not less than 4.5mm; it can receive liquid and solid feed additives; it can add steam and water to the feed; The speed of the feeding shaft can meet the needs of different production rates. d. The radial runout of the die working surface should not exceed the 10th grade accuracy specified in GB1184. The gear accuracy should be implemented in accordance with the 9-8-8FM specified in GB10095. The reliability indicators of the pellet press should meet the following requirements: a. The average working time before the first failure is not less than 80h; the working life of the die is not less than 600h. Note: The above indicators are converted according to the rated productivity of the pellet press. 3.7 When pressing compound feed, the formula should comply with the provisions of Appendix B of JB/T5169. When the die aperture is 5mm, the power consumption of the pellet press is not large h/t. At 20kw the pellet forming rate of the pellet press shall not be less than 95%. When the grass powder content in the powder is less than 10%, the quality of the pellets pressed by the pellet press shall meet the following requirements: the pellet density is 900~1300kg/m2; the moisture content of the finished pellets is 9%~14%; the firmness of the finished pellets is not less than 90%; the surface should be smooth and neat. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 18, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992 JB/T5161-1991 During the pelletizing process, the temperature of the pelletizing working parts of the pellet press shall not be higher than 90℃. During normal operation, the dust content in the air around the pellet press shall not exceed 10m/m. The noise of the pellet press shall not exceed 85dB (A). The rotating parts of the pellet press should rotate flexibly without sticking, and all fasteners should be firmly and reliably connected. The sealing parts of the pellet press should be sealed reliably, and no air leakage, oil leakage or water leakage is allowed. All welding parts of the pellet press should be welded firmly and reliably, and the welds should be even and smooth. No defects such as undercut, slag inclusion and weld nodules are allowed. The pellet press should have a signal device for starting, stopping and motor overload protection. The motor on the pellet press should have a device for mutual interlocking with other motors. The transmission mechanism of the pellet press should have a protective cover, and the door cover should be equipped with a door-trigger safety switch. The pellet press should have a device to prevent iron blocks from entering the working part of the die. The pellet press should have a protective device for the working parts when overloaded and foreign objects enter. The paint of the pellet press and the distribution box should comply with the provisions of NJZ3, and the fasteners should have an anti-rust coating. The anti-rust requirements of the exposed surface, accessories and spare parts of the pellet press should comply with the provisions of ZBJ50013. 3 The outer surface of the pellet press should be smooth and flat, and there should be no uneven defects. 3.23 If the user complies with the instruction manual prepared by the manufacturer, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the product free of charge if it is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality within one year from the date of delivery. 4 Test method The test method of this standard shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5169. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The pellet press must be inspected and qualified by the product quality inspection department of the manufacturer and can only be shipped with a certificate of conformity. 5.2 Factory test Each pellet press should be operated at rated speed for 30 minutes under no-load conditions before leaving the factory, and should meet the following requirements: a. Normal and stable operation, no abnormal sound in the gear transmission mechanism; b. The temperature rise of the rolling bearing should not exceed 35℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70℃; c. Other requirements should comply with the provisions of Articles 3.3, 3.4, 3.13, 3.15~3.23 of Chapter 3 of this standard. 5.3 Type inspection Pellet presses shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following cases: new product identification; b. after formal production, when the structure, material and process of pellet presses have major changes, which may affect product performance; during normal production, type inspection shall be conducted every two years;c. d. when the product is produced again after two years of suspension;e. when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 5.3.2 The type inspection batch is 2-8 units, and 2 pellet presses are randomly selected for inspection according to the requirements of this standard. If there is any failure, the failure items shall be doubled for re-inspection; if it is still unqualified, the inspected batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. Type inspection of pellet presses can be conducted by users. 5.3.3 The ordering unit has the right to conduct random inspections on products according to the provisions of this standard, but cannot disassemble the machine for inspection. 5.3.4 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage The pellet press should have eye-catching signs such as lubrication, operation, and safety. 2 Including: JB/T51611991 The product sign should be fixed in a conspicuous position on each pellet press, and the size and technical requirements of the sign should comply with the provisions of B8. Its content should be product name and model; b. Product type, spindle speed, supporting power, productivity: c. The weight of the whole machine; d. Factory number; Factory date; Manufacturer name. The packaging of pellet press and its parts shall comply with the following provisions: a. The pellet press shall be placed in a packaging box, and its bottom shall be fixed on the sleepers; the machine shall not be inverted; The packaging must be moisture-proof and rain-proof; The packaging must be firm and reliable and meet the requirements of the transportation management department; d. The packaging box shall be marked with the product name, total weight, overall dimensions, center of gravity dimensions, center of gravity position, manufacturer name, delivery date, consignee, etc. Each pellet press shall be accompanied by the following documents: Product quality certificate; Instruction manual; Packing list; d. User opinion survey form. The pellet press can be transported by water and land. During transportation, the pellet press, accessories, spare parts and random documents must be kept intact. 6.5 The storage of pellet press shall meet the following requirements:6.6 a. When stored indoors, there shall be good ventilation and moisture-proof facilities; b.
