Issued and stored by the Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China Foreword
Electronic products are in a state of rapid development with new technologies and new features emerging continuously. In order to meet the technical requirements of electronic products for sealing, and to improve the expression of products or environments, we have revised the original standard 11647 (sealing code and marking method). Compared with the previous version, the revised version of this standard has the following highlights: It is compiled according to the format specified in G2/T1.1-1993; in addition, it is filled in according to G3131-8 Tin-lead solder and GR490G85 Standard for gold, silver and galvanized alloy solder for electronic devices:
The site symbols, numbers and guide lines are rewritten according to the provisions of the current standard: The term "material" mentioned in the original standard refers to solder or lead material. In order to avoid confusion, this term is no longer used
The original standard is divided into 1 chapter and an appendix, in which the symbols and codes are changed. The contents of the standard are divided into 4 chapters, which will be combined into one chapter for marking the welding and sealing symbols during the revision. In addition, the requirements for the standard method are divided into 6 chapters, which will be combined into one chapter for marking the welding or sealing symbols during the revision. Appendix A contains the contents of the standard.
This standard is implemented on January 1, 1996. From the date of entry into force of this standard, it will replace the 164-77 standard. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Provisional Standard Research Institute of the Electronic Industry. The author of this standard is the Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Ministry of Electronics Industry. The drafters of this standard are Li Shanghou and Li Guangyan. This standard was first issued on June 1977.

. The guide line is composed of the replacement line and the lead-out load (including the head feeling, and the part is drawn with a thin solid line. The top and bottom of the stem are used to mark the corresponding numbers. The arrow at the end of the lead points to the relevant needle welding or sealing connection on the national sample, see Figure 1. 1 Requirements and methods for marking welding or sealing symbols 4.1 The welding or sealing symbol should be placed above the reference line of the guide line, see Figure 2 [:] or Figure 2 (1) 4.2 When welding materials or solders need to be marked in the drawing, they are indicated by grades. The marking method is as follows: when the welding materials used are not parts, the grade is placed below the reference line of the guide line, see Figure 3 () [GH490

4.3 In the cross-sectional view, the weld or the joint shall be indicated by a double-thick solid line, see Figure 6 or Figure 1. Remarks
4.4 When marking the surface quality of the needle chain or the joint, the surface quality number of the surface passing through the weld or the joint shall be marked above the reference line of the guide, see Figure 6 at [s): The surface quality number on the other side of the weld or the joint shall be marked below the reference line of the guide, see Figure 6 at (). 4.5 When there are several welding connections or sealing connections on the drawing, they need to be marked, and several lead lines can be drawn from the same guide line, and arrows can be added to the ends to indicate the welding connections or sealing connections, see Figure 8: It is also possible to add a letter and a number before the welding or sealing letter, separate it with a square line, and then indicate it with a guide line, see Figure 8.

The fiber chain quality of the processed surface is divided into three levels: (I) Grade Needle Weld Wall
(II) Grade Fiber Coal Load

When there is a special need, this level can be selected.
When there is a need, the North level is preferred.

A4.1 Pin welds are inspected with the naked eye, and can be inspected with a magnifying glass when necessary. A4.2 When the wall of the weld is not in compliance, the defects are allowed to be repaired with the same material or a fiber material with a lower grid point. The weld seam after repair welding still needs to be inspected as required.
