This standard replaces JB/T7072-1993 "Series of turbine speed governors and oil pressure devices". This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation: This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Control Equipment Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Water Turbines. Drafting units of this standard: Harbin Electric Motor Factory Co., Ltd., Tianjin Electric Drive Design Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Lian Xide, Li Huang, Wang Guangzi, Dong Yuqing and Liu Shiqi. Scope Hydraulic turbine governor and hydraulic device, series spectrum JB/T7072--2004 This standard specifies the product classification and series spectrum compilation principles of hydraulic turbine governor and hydraulic device. This standard is applicable to mixed flow, axial flow, impulse turbine governor (including operator, electronic load regulator) and hydraulic device governor product classification 2.1 Governor Governor with pressure tank and relay: Governor without pressure key and relay: Flow-through governor. Operator Hydraulic operator: Electric operator. 2.3 Electronic load regulator Speed regulator series spectrum 3.1 Principles for compiling speed regulator series spectrum 3.1.1 According to capacity, it is divided into four basic series: large, medium, small and extra small (see Table 1). The capacity range of each series is basically connected to each other. Speed governor capacity series classification Extra small Speed governor without pressure tank and relay >50000 >10000~50000b >3000~10000b 170~3000° Speed governor with pressure tank and relay >10000~50000Www.bzxZ.net >1500~10000 170~1500 Refers to the relay capacity that the speed governor can be equipped with : Refers to single-nozzle impulse turbine governor, through-flow governor Servomotor capacity range 1703000 Hidden-pressure operator >10000~50000 >3000~10000 170~3000 Electric operator >10000~50000 >3000~10000 350~-3000 Electronic load regulator Matching unit power 40,75. 100 3,8, 18 3.1.2 The capacity of the governor with a relay is characterized by the servomotor capacity (see Table 2). Servomotor capacity is the capacity at the minimum required operating oil pressure. Table 2 Governor with pressure tank and servomotor and through-flow governor servomotor capacity and shortest closing time Type Governor with pressure tank and servomotor Isobaric servomotor Servomotor capacity Shortest servomotor closing time JB/T7072-2004 Governor with pressure tank and servomotor Isobaric servomotor Differential pressure servomotor Through-flow governor Table 2 (continued) Servomotor capacity Shortest servomotor closing time 3.1.3 The capacity of the governor without servomotor is based on the main pressure distribution diameter (see Table 3), and the corresponding oil flow rate is shown in Table 3. The following principles should be followed when selecting capacity a) The design flow rate in the external pipeline matched with the speed governor is generally not more than 5m/sb) The oil pressure for calculating the speed governor capacity should be considered according to the lower limit of the normal working oil pressure; e) The maximum pressure drop through the main pressure distribution valve and the connecting pipeline shall not exceed 20% to 30% of the rated oil pressure: d) The shortest closing time of the relay shall meet the requirements of the unit. Table 3 When the pressure drop through the main pressure distribution valve is equal to 1.0MPa, the main pressure distribution valve oil flow rate is expressed by the diameter of the pilot valve in the first-stage amplification system. Oil flow rate Q 50~100 100~150 3.1.4 The capacity of the hydraulic operator is characterized by the relay capacity, which is the same as the speed governor with a relay. The relay capacity can be referred to Table 2. The electric operator is characterized by the product of the output shaft torque and the rotation angle M·(, and its capacity level is shown in Table 2. 3.1.5 The capacity of the electronic load regulator is characterized by the maximum power of the unit it is equipped with, in kilowatts (kW), and the capacity level is consistent with the generator capacity level. 3.1.6 The rated oil pressure levels of the speed governor and hydraulic operator are 2.5MPa, 4.0MPa and 6.3MPa. For speed governors and hydraulic operators supplied by gas and piston accumulators, the rated oil pressure can be increased to 10MPa and 16MPa. 3.2 Speed governor spectrum The speed governor spectrum is shown in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3. 4 Hydraulic device series spectrum This spectrum is applicable to separate and combined hydraulic devices, 4. 1 Principles for determining the capacity level of hydraulic devices 4.1.1 Capacity level The capacity level is divided according to the size of the pressure tank volume (m). For pressure tanks with larger volumes, they can be divided into two tanks. 4.1.2 Rated oil pressure The rated oil pressure level can be divided into 2.5MPa, 4.0MPa and 6.3MPa. 4.2 Capacity series of hydraulic devices The capacity series of hydraulic devices is shown in Table 4. Capacity series table of hydraulic devices Capacity series Separate type 16 (or 16/2) 20 (or 20/2) 25 (or 25/2) JB/T7072—2004 Combined type Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
