This standard specifies the model usage and reduction principle of turbine speed governor and oil pressure device, the model composition and content regulations. This standard is applicable to the model compilation of various speed governors (including operators, electronic load regulators) and oil pressure devices for controlling turbines. 2. The use and compilation principles of model numbers
2.1 The product model number is a code number used to facilitate business contacts between the manufacturing and design departments and to simplify the description of product names, specifications, characteristics, etc. in technical documents. It should be concise and non-repetitive. 2.2 The product model number is composed of Chinese phonetic letters (hereinafter referred to as letters) and Arabic numerals (hereinafter referred to as numbers): the first letter of the Chinese phonetic letter of the keyword in the product name is taken. If the above letters cause the model number to be repeated or other difficulties cannot be used, the first letter of other Chinese phonetic letters of the product name can also be used.
3 The composition and content of the product model number 3.1 The compilation of the speed regulator, operator, and electronic load regulator model number consists of four parts: product category code, specification code, rated oil pressure and manufacturing code. Each part is separated by a horizontal line and arranged in the following order: 0 -2-8-4

3.1.1 The first part of the model number is a letter indicating the basic characteristics and type of the governor, operator and electronic load regulator. 3.1.2 The second part of the model number is a number indicating the main technical parameters, such as the main pressure regulating valve diameter, the allowable oil flow or the relay capacity, the matching unit power, etc. For the electric speed governor with a separate structure, the electrical cabinet and the hydraulic pressure model are the same. 3.1.3 The third part of the model number indicates the rated oil pressure. This part can be omitted for the electrical cabinet of the electric hydraulic speed governor with a separate structure. 3.1.4 The fourth part of the model number is the manufacturer code and the product characteristics or series code and modification code, which are determined by each manufacturer. If the product is produced according to a unified design drawing, the manufacturer code may be omitted. The product characteristics or series code and modification code shall be determined by the product technical management unit.
