5.1 Ecological Environment
The source animal of Jilin Changbaishan Chinese Forest Frog Oil is the Chinese Forest Frog Changbai Mountain subspecies. The origin area is the Changfangshan area of Guzhu Province, including the eastern mountainous area and the central semi-mountainous area, 40\51'55~44°38\54" north latitude, 125\1657\131°19'12" east longitude. The eastern mountainous area is the interlaced area of the Yi and temperate zones, and the main plant The vegetation type is mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forest, with natural vegetation dominating and a forest coverage rate of 68.3%. The branches and leaves are lush in season, the density is high, the soil is fertile, the water content is strong, the surface temperature is moderate, and the understory plants grow vigorously: the central semi-mountainous area is forest-steppe vegetation, with forest land accounting for 13%. There are many kinds of herbaceous plants, and the understory of the entire cabin area is extremely lush. The thickness of the fallen leaves can reach 20CI. There are many kinds of insects with high density. There are rivers floating across the area, crisscrossing water systems, and unpolluted water bodies. The PII value is 6~7 and the oxygen content is 4tIg/L+, providing a good geographical environment for the growth and development of the Changbai Mountain species of Chinese forest frog. This region has a continental monsoon climate. The annual average temperature in the eastern mountainous area is mostly around 3℃, the frost-free period is about 120 days, the annual average precipitation is 600mm--1300mm, and the relative humidity under the forest is about 85%; the annual average temperature in the central semi-mountainous area is 4.5℃, the frost-free period is up to 140 days, and the annual average precipitation is 600mm~800mm
5.2 Breeding of Changbai Mountain subspecies of Chinese forest frog
5.2.1 Selection of frog farms
Two ditches are sandwiched, the ditch is 1km~5km long, the ditch is 200m--150cm wide, the river is 1m~5m wide, the water depth is 20cm~3cm, and the water flow is continuous. There is no pollution in the field, no pesticide residues, and it is far away from villages and livestock: the vegetation is broadleaf forest or mixed coniferous and broadleaf forest, and the canopy density is above 0.6. There are shrubs, herbs and dead branches under the forest, which are conducive to maintaining soil moisture and insect reproduction. 5.2.2 Frog breeding facilities
5.2.2.1 Hatching pond
The hatching area is located in the middle and lower reaches of the river. The hatching pond is calculated based on the placement of 5 eggs per square meter. The area is 20 m~40 m, and the water depth is 20:1-30 cm. The drainage outlet is lower than the water inlet, and fence facilities are installed on the top. 5.2.2.2 Rearing pond
1000~1500 tadpoles are released per square meter: the pool area does not exceed 40m*+the water depth is 25cm~30cm, and fences are installed at the water outlet and water inlet.
5.2.2.3 Metamorphosis Pond
A metamorphosis pond is built every 500m along the river in the ditch, with an area of 30m2~40m2. The pond is pot-shaped, 30cm deep in the middle and 10cm deep at the edge.
5.2.2.4 Overwintering Pond
A wintering pond is built every 500m-1000m along the river in the ditch, with a water depth of 2.0m~2.5m and a non-freezing layer of more than 1t1. There must be flowing water in the wintering pond, and no water leakage. 5.2.2.5 Frog Pond
Choose a place close to the river to build a clam pond, and divert water into the fat frog pond. The water depth should be 80~10cm: it is required to be able to pass water, people and drain.
5.2.3 Selection of breeding frogs
5.2.3. 1 Time
Selection should be done in the last month of October or November of the previous year or in the end of March or the beginning of April of the current year. 5.2.3.2 Male to male ratio
The ratio of male to female frogs is 1:1.
5.2.3.3 Appearance
GB19507--2004
The body is strong and healthy. The body shape is good, especially strong, and the movements are flexible. The back skin is dark with spots, and there is an "A"-shaped black stripe on the shoulder. Male frogs: 2~4 years old, weighing 15g--30g, and the body length is 5.0~6.8cm. Female frogs: 2~4 years old, with red and yellow abdomen with slight patterns, weighing 25g~55g, and the body length is 6.0cL8.6cm Each frog produces 1.500~-2000 eggs, with a total weight of 20g28
5.2.4 Hatching conditions
The water temperature for male and female frogs to mate is 8℃~10℃, and the suitable water temperature for hatching is 10℃~22℃. The development period of fertilized eggs (tail bud period> about 240h, the hatching rate is 88%~90%.
5.2.5 Tadpole feeding
Each 10,000 tadpoles are fed with 1kg of concentrated feed and 5kg of non-toxic green feed. The body length of a complete tadpole is 1.2cm--1.3cm. The tail length is 2.1cm~2.4cm. The feed development period is 25~35 days. The hind limbs of the mountain are 1.3cm~~1.5cm long and the tail length is 2.5cm~3.2cm. The development period is 40 --50 days to grow forelimbs, body length 1.4cm~1.8cm, tail length 2.9rm
The metamorphosis rate of tadpoles is generally 70%~80%. After metamorphosis, the body length of young frogs is 1.3cm--1.5cm, the weight is 0.5g~1g, and the body length is one-third of the body length.
5,2.6 Frog stocking
Metamorphosis tadpole stocking: 10kg~25kg per hectare of effective forest (1kg contains about 1,800 metamorphosis tadpoles). : Annual stocking of young frogs: 7,500~9,000 per hectare. Stocking of two-year-old frogs: about 4,500 per hectare. The activity period of young frogs in the forest is from late May to late September. The hibernation period of adult frogs is from the end of September to the end of March of the following year. 5. 2. 7 Frog growth and development
Two-year-old male frogs are 5.0cm~5.6ctm long and weigh 15g~20g; two-year-old female frogs are 6.0cm~6.9cm long and weigh 25g~32.
Three-year-old male frogs are 5.7cm-6.5cm long and weigh 21g~24g; three-year-old female frogs are 7.0cm7.5cm long and weigh 33g~45g
Four-year-old male frogs are 6.6cm-~6.8cm long and weigh 25g~30g; four-year-old frogs are 7.6cm~8.6m long and weigh 46g~55g.
The ratio of one-year-old to two-year-old and three-year-old frogs in the frog group is about 7:3, and the ratio of male to female frogs is better to be controlled at 3:2. 5.2.8 Frogs going down the mountain and returning to the river for wintering||t t||After autumn, the temperature drops below 10℃, the river water level is below 8℃, and the forest frogs begin to go down the mountain and into the river. At this time, the forest frogs are in an unstable hibernation state, and enter a stable hibernation from November to November. The recaptured forest frogs are first placed in the frog storage pond, and then sent to the wintering pond in early November, maintaining the temperature at 1℃ to 5℃. The mortality rate is controlled below 2. The recapture rate is 3%~~5%. 5.3 Frog oil processing process
