1 Scope

This standard defines the definition, parameter series, model card compilation method, technical requirements, inspection and testing, marking and accompanying documents, installation requirements and quality assurance of electric heating steel furnaces. This machine is suitable for fixed electric heating point decomposition furnaces with rated working voltage not less than 40V and rated evaporation load not less than .Uh and fixed electric heating hot water boilers with rated thermal power not less than 0.05MW. 2 Normative references

6.1 Technical requirements
6.1.1 The design, manufacture, installation and use of electric heating boilers shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Steam Belt Furnaces" or the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Small and Pressurized Hot Water Steel Furnaces" 6.1, 2. The furnace structure shall have sufficient strength, rigidity, stability and insulation, and shall also be easy to manufacture, install, dissipate and dissolve. 6.1.3 The strength calculation of the pressure-bearing components of the electric heating steel furnace shall be carried out according to its structural type and working conditions in accordance with the provisions of (3/T16.508 or (B/T9222). The allowable stress of stainless steel materials shall be calculated and determined in accordance with the provisions of GBT16508 or GBT9222. 6.1.4 Electric heating boiler The electric heating elements of the furnace should be arranged reasonably in the pot to ensure good cooling, safety and easy installation, disassembly, inspection and cleaning. The lowest safe water level of the boiler should be 75mm1 higher than the highest heating part of the electric heating element. 6.1.5 The design of the electric device of the heating furnace should comply with the provisions of GB50056. 6.1.6 The electric heating furnace should be well insulated, and the temperature of the outer surface of the pot should be less than 50°C. 6.2 Thermal performance
The thermal performance of the electric heating furnace should comply with the provisions of B/T7985 and JBT10094. The furnace should ensure the rated output or rated heating power under the rated seasonal effect, and the thermal efficiency should not be less than 97% (small boilers and normal pressure hot water boilers should not be less than %). 6. Manufacturing requirements
6.3.1 Electric heating decomposition furnace products shall be manufactured in accordance with the specified procedures and samples and technical specifications. 6.3.2 The materials of the main parts of the boiler shall be selected in accordance with the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Steam Scroll Boilers" or (and) "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Hot Water Boilers" or "Safety Supervision Regulations for Small and Pressurized Hot Water Boilers". In addition, CT13A1 ferrite stainless steel in GB/T3280 or GB/T4237 may also be selected. For materials that require factory acceptance, factory acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with B/T375. The material substitution of boiler pressure components shall comply with the specified procedures.

The connection between the wire and the extension wire terminal should be in accordance with the provisions of BJ149, and the market load should be allowed. The specification: small inspection and adjustment should comply with relevant standards and safety requirements. 6.4 Detection and control requirements 6.4.1 The inspection and control instruments and equipment of the electric heating furnace must comply with the requirements of the steam boiler safety technical supervision regulations 3 or (and) the steel furnace safety technical supervision regulations 3. 6.6.1 The auxiliary machines and accessories of the turbine furnace should meet the energy requirements of the product and meet the product standards of each country. 6.6.2 The water treatment equipment used for the steel furnace should be able to ensure that the water quality of the furnace feed water meets the requirements of G1576. 6.6.3 The noise of the auxiliary machines of the steel furnace should meet the requirements of GB5041. 8.6.4 The complete set of boiler products shall include the boiler door, instrument, water supply device, detection and measurement equipment, power lifting control cabinet, etc. The specific requirements shall be as per the order contract. 7 Inspection and trial operation
7.1 The design and quality of the boiler shall be inspected in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents and JB/T1609, J3/T1613, JB/T1619, JB/T1620, JB/T2190, JB/T2191 and JB/T4308: JB/T10393-2002
7.2 The welding quality of pressure electric heating boiler shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of JB/T1613, and the welding quality of small boiler and normal pressure water-fired boiler shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of JB/T1613. 7.3 The welding quality and safety inspection of small and normal pressure hot water boilers shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the safety supervision program of the three parties: 1. The electric heating furnace shall be subjected to water pressure test, the water pressure test of the pressure electric heating furnace shall be carried out according to the requirements of 112, and the water reduction test of the small normal pressure hot water boiler shall be carried out according to the requirements of BT7985. 7.4 The household components, electrical and control devices of the heating boiler shall be subjected to quality and performance inspection in accordance with the requirements and provisions of this standard and relevant standards. The electrical system shall adopt the state control action test and adopt the simulation signal to carry out the enterprise action test. All functions and actions shall be positive and stable. The insulation voltage shall be not less than 500V megohm test: the grounding resistance shall be tested with a grounding resistance meter with an accuracy of not less than 1.5 level. The test methods for insulation strength and electrical radiation strength refer to the provisions of BT2379. 5. The quality inspection department of the steel manufacturing enterprise shall conduct product quality inspection according to the various provisions of the standard, and the weight certificate and quality certificate shall be issued after the inspection. 9 Installation and use requirements
9.1 The boiler room of electric heat-insulating boilers should be designed by units with relevant qualifications. 9.2 The installation of electric heating boilers shall be carried out in accordance with GB50273 and the boiler installation instructions provided by the manufacturer by units with corresponding steel furnace installation licenses.
9.3 The installation of electric heating furnace gas equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB50169, GB50171, GB50254, GB50255, GH13055, and GBJ149. The boiler and high-power cabinet and control cabinet shall not be damaged and shall be well grounded. The grounding resistance shall be less than 42:9.4 The technical documents and engineering quality certification materials of the installed boiler shall be transferred to the user unit for the boiler technical file after the enterprise acceptance is qualified.
9.5 The power supply voltage reduction of the hot steel furnace must comply with the design requirements. 9.6 The environment of the electric heating boiler should not have flammable, explosive, corrosive gases and conductive powders, and there should be no obvious impact and damage. 9.7 The boiler can only be operated after obtaining the "Furnace Use Registration Certificate" in accordance with regulations. 9.8 The user unit shall establish a good boiler water quality management work. 10 Quality responsibility
10.1 The manufacturer of electric heating boilers is responsible for the design and quality of its products. Under the premise that the user complies with the standards and relevant technical documents, the boiler shall be used for 12 months from the date of its first use, and shall not exceed 18 months from the date of its use by the smelter. If it is confirmed that the design and manufacturing quality are not good and it is not due to the original quality, popular conditions and operating level, and it cannot operate normally according to the rated parameters or fails to meet the specified performance requirements, the manufacturer shall bear the corresponding responsibilities. 0.2 The quality of the accessories, monitoring instruments and devices used in the production of electric heating boilers shall meet the corresponding standards, and the supplier shall bear its responsibilities.
