This standard is a revision of QB/T1584-1992 "Daily Leather Gloves". Compared with QB/T1584-1992, this standard has the following major changes: QB/T1584-2005
- According to market needs, the scope of application of the standard has been expanded, and it is stipulated that "leather gloves for various special purposes and requirements" are not applicable.
- Added reference to "Leather for Gloves" and specified leather raw materials in the requirements; adjusted the specifications according to the changes in the laws of human hand shape; - Added requirements for artificial leather and synthetic leather; - According to changes in production processes and sewing equipment, the machine sewing The stitch requirements for gloves have been adjusted: - the overall appearance requirements have been added;

This standard was proposed by the China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Leather Industry (SAC/TC252). 4.1 Specifications

4.2 Raw materials
4.2.1 Leather raw materials
Select according to the provisions of QB/T2704.
4.2.1.1 Leather thickness
Not less than 0.5mm.

The surface is smooth, uniform in thickness, and free of damage. There may be scattered small scars, small rough spots and other minor damages in inconspicuous places. There is no cracking, cracking or pulping. The color is basically uniform and does not fade. 4.2.1.3 Leather body
Soft, plump and elastic, comfortable to the touch. 4.2.1.4 Leather lining
No greasy feeling, the depth of the internal knife wound may not exceed one-half of the thickness, but it should be repaired with glue. 4.2.1.5 Incision
The color of the incision is basically consistent with the surface color. 4.2.1.6 The appearance of the left and right sides of the same pair of gloves is basically proportional. 4.2.2 Artificial leather and synthetic leather materials

4.3.1 Lining
The length, width, and elasticity should be compatible with the fabric, and it should be comfortable to wear, without holes or seams. The fur lining should be soft, without serious hair loss, discoloration, or odor, and the joints should be flat. 4.3.2 Zippers

Stitch length is uniform and neat, bottom and surface threads are moderately tight, return stitch is in the original needle hole, and there is no double stitch. 2

The same pair of gloves should be symmetrical and neat, and the seams should be smooth and straight. 4.5 Overall appearance
The overall appearance is flat, with appropriate tightness, no exposed wire ends, and there should be no stains, burn marks, scratches, buckles falling off, zipper heads falling off and damaged, and serious odor. The left and right sides of the same pair of gloves are basically the same. 5 Test method
5.1 Apparatus
Steel ruler, minimum scale 0.5mm.
5.2 Specifications

5.5 Other items in the requirements

6.1 Batch
Products of the same variety produced by the same production process with the same variety of raw materials are composed of an inspection batch. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Products should be inspected before leaving the factory, and they can only leave the factory after passing the inspection and attached with a qualified mark (or inspection mark). 6.2.2 Inspection items
Specifications, stitch length, appearance quality.
6.2.3 Inspection content and quantity
Appearance quality is inspected pair by pair, and specifications and needle length are inspected by batch sampling, with 3% of each batch being inspected. 6.2.4 Qualified judgment
6.2.4.1 Single pair judgment rule
If one of the specifications and needle length indicators is unqualified, the by-product is judged unqualified. If there are no more than three unqualified items in appearance quality, the by-product is judged qualified
6.2.4.2 Batch judgment rule
If the batch inspection qualified rate is greater than (equal to) 90%, the batch of products is judged qualified. 6.3 Special type inspection
In accordance with the provisions of Appendix A.
6.4 Routine type inspection
Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following circumstances. When there are major changes in product structure, process, or materials: a)
When the product resumes production after a long-term suspension (six months): When the national quality and technical supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement; d)
During normal production, type inspection shall be conducted at least once every six months. 6.4.1 Sampling quantity
Randomly select from the products that have passed the factory inspection, 3 to 5 pairs for 1000 pairs (inclusive) or less: 3 pairs shall be added for every 1000 pairs. 6.4.2 Qualification determination
6.4.2.1 Single pair determination rule
If one of the specifications and needle distance indicators is unqualified, the by-product shall be judged unqualified. If all the specifications and needle distance indicators are qualified, and the cumulative number of unqualified items in other indicators does not exceed three, the by-product shall be judged qualified. If the sewing thread is broken, damaged, dropped, has a serious odor, or has a defect that seriously affects the product appearance or affects the basic use function of the product, the by-product is judged to be unqualified. 6.4.2.2 Batch determination rules
If the qualified rate of the tested samples reaches 90% (or above), the batch of products is judged to be qualified. If the qualified rate does not reach 90%, double sampling and re-inspection are carried out: if the re-inspection qualified rate reaches 95% (or above), the batch of products is judged to be qualified. 7 Marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage 7.1 Marking
7.1.1 Products that have passed the inspection should have the following marks: product certificate (or inspection mark), name of the production unit (distributor), place of origin, trademark, contact number, size, material. 7.1.2 The outer packaging of the product should indicate the product name, item number, color, quantity, material, adopted standard number, and factory date. 4

Product labels should include the following: product name, standard number adopted, size (specification), article number, material (fabric, lining), qualified (inspection) mark.
7.3 Packaging
The inner and outer packaging of the product should use appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage to the product. 7.4 Transportation and storage
During transportation and storage, the product should be protected from exposure to the sun, rain and snow; it should avoid high temperature environment, keep ventilated and dry, prevent moth and moisture, should not be heavily pressed and kept away from chemical substances, avoid liquid erosion and poking and scratching by sharp objects. 5

Note: If the sample for testing tearing force is not directly sampled from the leather gloves, but is sampled from the leather sample provided by the enterprise that is the same as the sample, the tearing force index shall comply with the provisions of QB/T2704.
A.3 Test Method
According to the provisions of QB/T2711, take samples from the leather sample provided by the enterprise that is the same as the sample, or from the palm (or back of the hand), one vertical sample and one horizontal sample, and conduct inspection according to QB/T2711, and take the average value of the results. A.4 Qualification Judgment
