The revised standard has some differences in writing format from the international standard. The international standard hopes that all the appendices will be placed after the main text of all the inspection items, and the standard part will be placed in the appendix. When used quickly, it is necessary to refer to the front and back, so it is not necessary. However, this standard is written as the main source of the standard, and the main content is placed in the main text. The relevant appendices are followed by the following parts of the standard. This standard will replace the 13th chapter of GB293 (1982) from the date of implementation. The appendices A and B of this standard are the appendices recommended by the standard. This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China. The standard was issued by the Ministry of Agriculture or the Quality Supervision and Inspection and Testing Center of Forage Seeds (hereinafter referred to as the Quality Supervision and Inspection and Testing Center of Forage Seeds of the Ministry of Agriculture). The main authors of this standard are: Yu Ling, Wai Jianhua, Guo Yaozhen, Li Hong, and Zi Yijun. 97

ISTAForeword
One of the greatest risks in agriculture is the failure of sequenced seeds to demonstrate their productive capabilities: the purpose of seed testing is to assess the quality of seeds before planting. Seed quality is a concept that affects different sectors of the seed industry, including producers, stockholders, operators, certification bodies, and government agencies or departments responsible for seed management. In all cases, the final result of testing is a low-cost, non-invasive seed that cannot be accurately identified as a product of a critical importance to government policy: new products that are not invasive can be tested. The method must be based on scientific planning and seed inspection, and the required accuracy and medical inspection date are required. The technical standards stipulated in this document can be used to promote new methods for international seed quality assessment. To this end, the inspection methods must be highly flexible and performative. When seeds cross national borders, it is possible that inspection laboratories in different countries will not be able to verify the quality. Therefore, it is often necessary for all inspection laboratories to use consistent standard methods so that a unique inspection result can be obtained within the permitted range. The regulations are divided into two parts: the main body of the regulations and the appendix. The first part of the regulations introduces the definitions and principles of use, as well as the methods and procedures used, and describes them in detail. The requirements and methods should be met during the process. If the results of the inspection are in accordance with this regulation, the following international seed inspections must be reported: 1. Strictly follow the regulations, and the interpretation of each text of the regulations should be detailed in the attached chapter of the yam production. It is recommended that a country manages domestic seeds and implements a national seed quality management plan. The industry can use the regulations and their components as much as possible. Although the international seed production does not need to be tested, it should be noted that if the regulations are not followed by the international standard, it will hinder the circulation of seeds between countries. The seed inspection (AV.1W1) is a kind of inspection based on the requirements of the sender and for special reasons. This inspection requires consideration of the risks of travel. Such as the season of the crop, the three natural conditions and the sea quality, etc., for this inspection, the six rules and the appendix provide a long-term guidance. The relevant literature and other technical supplementary methods are called supplementary methods. This standard is formulated for the world's crop, although not a year-round maintenance, but the original state of the standard does not have other characteristics of the present light.
In addition, in order to provide adequate guidance, it is necessary to mention the manufacturer's recommendations. This does not mean that the STA considers it better than the same product and excludes other manufacturers' similar products]. Standard

The issuance of inspection batch report shall meet the following conditions:) The organization has carried out quality inspection on seeds one month ago; b) The inspected seed belongs to one of the varieties included in GBT2930.1--2930.10; c) The seed batch complies with the requirements specified in GB/2930.1; d) The samples sent for inspection shall be processed according to the requirements of GB/2930.1; d) The inspection shall be carried out according to the methods specified in GB/T2930.2~25G.16. f) The more technical standards are divided into national standards, industry standards or local standards, the wider the scope of technical implementation. 4 types and formats of inspection reports
4.1 Types
A month ago, my country's official inspection agency issued a report called the National Quality Technical Supervision Center (hereinafter referred to as the National Quality Supervision Center) issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Agriculture. After 2001-03-14, it was approved on 2001:06 01 In the implementation of GRT29.3Q.112001 and the provincial inspection station issuing the inspection report, the inspection report can be issued according to the authorization scope of each inspection center (station) and the requirements of the inspection unit. The above two inspection reports are similar in content and format. Take the inspection report of the provincial inspection center as an example. See the appendix (standard appendix). The text content is divided into two parts, including the cover page, "certificate meaning" and "inspection theory" (that is, the report with 1 The format of this page is designed uniformly for all agricultural product quality inspections, and only includes the general description of the factory quality inspection and the main conclusions, etc. It still lacks the main results of various product test items. Therefore, it is necessary for each industry center to further design the supplementary content of the technical report that conforms to the industry. Now, unified regulations are made on the supplementary content and format of the animal husbandry seed inspection report, see Appendix B (Appendix to the standard). The supplementary content includes two pages of "Indoor inspection comprehensive collection" and "Indoor inspection quality judgment", which can be used as the second and third pages of the inspection report respectively. Filling in the inspection report
5.1 "Precautions" page and "Notes" page shall follow the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture or the technical supervisory authority (provincial-level reports shall use the provincial-level format). 5.2 "Indoor inspection results and indoor inspection quality judgment" can be filled in one page (i.e. page 2) or two pages (page 23) according to the requirements of the inspection report. Now fill in the "Indoor inspection results" and "Indoor inspection quality judgment" of the inspection report, and make the following arrangements: 5.2: For analysis, in the "Clarity" column of the indoor inspection results, take the next lower percentage of the amount of clean particles, impurities and other crude species. If the weight is less than 0.05, fill in "tender test". If impurities and other crude species are found, fill in "-ting)-". Each other substance that appears in the analysis should be clearly stated in Chinese and scientific name. When the impurities, specific species, multiple seeds, or the percentage of seeds with full seeds reaches or exceeds 1.0, it should also be noted on the report: 3.2-2 Fruit report of indoor test station "fruit" column. The results of the test should be reported according to the quantity of the test area, and the normal bacteria, hardness, fresh seeds, missing seeds and seed dryness should be filled in. If any category is found to be zero in the test, it should be filled in as \-\ in the corresponding column. At the same time, the test method, test bed, temperature, test duration and preventive measures should also be reported. 5-2.3 The total number of unique seeds of the plant should be determined in the "plant seeds" column according to the results. According to the requirements of the tester, the number of seeds of all other plant species or specified genera found in the sample shall be reported; the number of seeds of the specified species shall be converted into units of salt (each gram> of other species). If the seeds found cannot be accurately identified, they can be upgraded to the other plant species reported. The Chinese name and scientific name shall be indicated in the test report according to the test results. The inspection position shall also be indicated, such as "complete inspection", "comprehensive inspection", "strategized inspection" or "simplified limited inspection". 5.2.4 Moisture content shall be determined in the test report. Indoor test results "water sample to retain a teaching. 5.2.5 Biochemistry (2 lung) test results of cattle vitality block report in the indoor test results "vitality" column. The following format is filled in: Vitality
For seeds, the loss of the seeds must be calculated and the percentage of the seeds after the growth is clear. 5.2.6 Health determination
The fruit blocks should be put into the indoor test results "health" column flash 1c2
GB/I2930.112001
The number of pathogens found should be reported, as well as the percentage of infected seeds. The wind should also fill in the loss of the collected vitality method and pretreatment methods. 5.2.7 The average test is
The result is determined in the indoor test results again in a single\ column: expressed as one grain (), the small effective number should comply with GB 30).3-2((1) in the table "Regulations.
5.2.8 Species and varieties etc. are tested indoors in the laboratory. The results of the tests on the varieties and varieties in the laboratory, temperature and air quality test only need to be written as the number of tested seeds, the number of effective seeds or the number of socks. When the seedlings or plants of these specified varieties are not longer than 3M, the number of newly found abnormalities shall be expressed as a percentage. If it exceeds ?000, the percentage shall be kept as a decimal. If no abnormalities or fungi are found, the results shall be reported as follows: "The laboratory (or mouse room) uses standard samples for point identification, and no discrepancies with the standards and the results found by the tester are found. The fluorescent black special form is attached with the results report as follows: "Among the seeds of the positive effective fungi of cattle, the positive reaction to ultraviolet light is % and the negative reaction is %." Electronic identification The new report of the analysis is as follows:
"Of the tested grains, 10 grains were not the variety reported by the tester" and the percentage of each other variety, other cultivar or different strain as specified in the report. If a sample is found to be not the cultivar specified by the tester, this situation should be reported. If a sample is found to have a different cultivar than the cultivar specified in the report, the report should be accompanied by a statement: "The cultivar is not in the composition of the sample: it is impossible to use the percentage in the calculation, so the sample can be filled in according to the actual situation." If there is no special evaluation, the report should be as follows:
"The sample was identified by the field company and found to be inconsistent with the cultivar or different strain specified by the tester." If the comparison is not made, it should be noted. 5.2.9 Quality judgment
The judgment basis and conclusion should be used in the quality judgment of the actual inspection. 5.2.1C Inspection Items For the last inspection month in the following report, the words “Inspection Age” shall be filled in. 0.
