GB/T3648 In order to develop and utilize my country's tungsten ore resources and meet the needs of tungsten iron production and domestic and foreign markets, the original standard (GB33648-87 standard) has been revised as necessary. The FeW80-A grade that has not been ordered for many years in the original standard has been cancelled in the new revised standard. Considering the situation of the source and the actual scope of use, a new grade FeW70 has been added, and the content levels of impurity elements in the original standard (FeW80-B, FeW80-C and FeW75, i.e. FeW80-A, FeW80-B, FeW80-C in the new standard) have been appropriately adjusted to make the grade setting and level of the new standard more reasonable. This standard was first issued in 1983 and revised for the first time in 1987. From the date of implementation of this standard, 3648-87 This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of the People's Republic of China. The chemical composition shall comply with the requirements of Table 1. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on September 27, 1996, and implemented on March 1, 1997 FewQ-A Few&i-B FeWRO-C 75.0~85, 0) 75.1~5..0 75.0~-85.0 GB/T 3648—1996 Table 1 Chemical composition of pigeon iron 0.801 0.06. , for not more thanbZxz.net 3.1.2 The required elements of tungsten iron are W, C, P, S. Si, and Mn, and the rest are guaranteed elements. 3.1.3 The tungsten content of tungsten iron is 70% as the reference content. 3.1.4 If the purchaser has special requirements for the elements listed in the table, the supply and demand parties shall negotiate separately: 3.1.5 When the purchaser requires, the actual data of other elements outside the table can be negotiated. 3.2 Physical state 3.2.1 Tungsten iron is delivered in block form. The particle size range is 10mm~130m. The amount of particles less than 10mm×10mm should not exceed 3% of the total weight of the batch. The particle size test shall be carried out according to GB/T:13247. 3.2.2 If the purchaser has special requirements for the product particle size, it can be negotiated by the supply and demand parties. 3.3 Appearance quality The surface of tungsten iron block should be smooth. There is no significant non-metallic inclusion in the cross section and surface. 4 Test method 4.1 Sampling and sample preparation The sampling and preparation of samples for chemical analysis shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T4010. 4.2 Chemical analysis The chemical analysis of tungsten iron shall be carried out in accordance with GR7731.1~7731.14. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The quality inspection and acceptance of products shall comply with the provisions of GR3650. 5.2 Batch Tungsten iron shall be delivered in batches of lamps or graded batches. When delivered in batches of furnaces, the difference between the highest or lowest tungsten content in each batch of products and the average tungsten content of the sample shall not exceed 3. When delivering by graded batches, the difference in tungsten content between furnaces shall not exceed 3. 6 Packaging, storage, transportation, marking and quality certificate 6.1 Packaging 6.1.1 The product adopts iron auxiliary packaging. The net weight of each barrel is 100kg. 6.1.2 If the buyer has special requirements for packaging, it can be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 6.2 Storage The product should be stored in a standard room. When shipped, it should be shipped in a covered car. If it is stored in an open air or shipped by car, it must be covered with a tarpaulin to prevent the packaging from being infiltrated or mixed with foreign objects. 6.3 Marking GB/T 3648-1996 The product packaging 1 should be painted with obvious markings. The packaging should be attached with a finished product label. The content of the marking and label should comply with the regulations of (GB365). 6.4 Quality certificate The supplier should issue a product quality certificate at the same time as the shipment.
