This standard specifies the performance test items and test methods for horizontal lathes. JB/T2322.1—2002
This standard applies to the type inspection and product level evaluation of ordinary (V-grade) and precision (V-grade) horizontal lathes, saddle lathes, screwless lathes, chuck lathes and spherical lathes with a maximum rotation diameter of 250mm1250mm on the bed and a maximum workpiece length of up to 16000mm. 2 Normative references

Technical conditions of horizontal lathe
3.1 This standard is a supplement and concretization of GB/T9061 and its supporting general test methods and other standards. When tested according to this standard, the machine tool should comply with the provisions of the above standards.
3.2 The machine tool to be tested shall be a qualified product according to GB/T4020 and JB/T2322. 3.3 The test site shall meet the requirements of relevant standards and the following normal test atmospheric conditions: ambient temperature 15℃~30℃:
relative humidity 45%~80%:
atmospheric pressure 86kPa~106kPa.

The measurement method of the noise pressure level of the machine tool during idling and loaded operation shall comply with the provisions of GB/T16769 and shall meet the requirements of this standard. 5.1.1 Noise pressure level test during idling
5.1.1.1 Test conditions
Before the test, the machine tool shall idling at medium speed for 30 minutes:

The spindle shall be tested step by step in forward and reverse rotation. During the test, the slide box shall be fed longitudinally, and the feed amount is 0.0005D, mm/r. Note: D is the maximum workpiece rotation diameter on the bed. 5.1.1.2 Test method
The test shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T16769, and the size of the measurement environment and the installation position of the machine tool shall be drawn in proportion, as well as the size and shape of the reflective objects around the machine tool: and the material properties of the ground, walls, ceiling, etc. shall be described. Measuring points and test requirements:
a) The microphone is 1500mm above the ground. The positions of the plane measuring points are shown in Figure 2. In addition to these measuring points, any position that is considered to have particularly high noise shall be declared as an auxiliary measuring point and the position of the point shall be marked. When the maximum workpiece length of the machine tool is greater than or equal to 3000mm, the measuring points may be arranged only along the periphery of the spindle box and the slide box. b) The measurement should be carried out step by step at each speed of the spindle in both forward and reverse rotation. The sound quality (such as the presence or absence of noise, impact sound, etc.) should be noted when recording.
c) The difference between the actual measured value of the machine tool noise sound pressure level and the background noise sound pressure level should be greater than [OdB(A). When the background noise is 6dB(A)~10dB(A) lower than the machine tool working noise, the noise sound pressure level value should be corrected according to GB/T16769. d) New products or machine tools with improved structures can be subjected to spectrum analysis. 5.1.2 Load operation noise sound pressure level test
