This part is the first part of JB/T6667 "Volute Mixed Flow Pump". This part is a revision of JB/T6667.1-1993. Compared with JB/T6667.1-1993, the main changes are as follows: - Several specifications of volute mixed flow pumps are added, and the parameters of several specifications of volute mixed flow pumps are adjusted: The provisions and judgments of the basic parameter deviations in the standard adopt the methods specified in ISO9906:1999 "Hydraulic Performance Acceptance Test Levels 1 and 2 for Rotary Power Pumps". This part replaces JB/T6667.11993. This part is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Agricultural Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. H 1 Scope JB/T6667.1-2004 Volute mixed flow pump Part 1: Types and basic parameters This part specifies the types, models and basic parameters of volute mixed flow pumps. This part is applicable to volute mixed flow pumps that transport clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water (hereinafter referred to as pumps) 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this part through reference in this part of JB/T6667. For all dated references, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this part. However, parties to an agreement based on this part are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For any undated referenced documents, the latest version shall apply to this part JB/T6667.2 Volute mixed flow pump Part 2: Technical conditions ISO9906:1999 Rotary dynamic pump hydraulic performance acceptance test levels 1 and 2 3 Types and basic parameters 3.1 Type 3.1.1 The structural type of the pump is a single-stage, axial suction, horizontal pump. The foot and the pump body are cast as one piece. The inlet and outlet diameters of the pump body are the same. Pumps with a diameter less than or equal to 300mm discharge water vertically upwards, and pumps with a diameter greater than 300mm generally discharge water horizontally. 3.1.2 Viewed from the pump inlet direction, the impeller generally rotates counterclockwise. 3.2 Model 3.2.1 Model representation method The pump model consists of Chinese pinyin capital letters and Arabic numerals, as follows:口 3.2.2 Marking example Variant mark Guaranteed head (rounded to an integer value), unit: m. Volute mixed flow pump Pump inlet and outlet diameters, unit: mm The inlet and outlet diameters are 300mm. The volute mixed flow pump with a guaranteed head of 12.5m is marked as: 300HW-12. The inlet and outlet diameters are 300mm. The guaranteed head is 4.0m.
