This standard refers to IEC947-1 (1988) in terms of technical indicators and is based on GB/T14048.1—93 "General Principles for Low-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment"; the writing rules are in accordance with GB/T1.1—1993, and the flameproof and intrinsic safety performance conforms to my country's GB3836-83, and the safety performance conforms to my country's "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines".
The various technical parameters specified in this standard are the basic guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of cantilever roadheaders. From the date of entry into force of the standard, all types of cantilever roadheader electronic control equipment shall comply with the provisions of this standard. For non-localized electronic control equipment, in addition to complying with its adopted standards, it shall comply with the provisions of this standard in terms of flameproof and intrinsic safety performance. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard. This standard is proposed by the Science and Technology Education Department of the Ministry of Coal Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Coal Mine Special Equipment Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Coal Industry. 4.1 Classification

4.1.1 By power

Electronic control equipment can be divided into the following categories according to the power of the cutting motor it controls: a) extra light; b) light; c) medium; d) heavy. The types and basic parameters of electronic control equipment are shown in Table 1. 4.2 Naming
The product models of the electric control box, main command operation box and other electric control equipment are specified by the enterprise standards, but shall comply with the provisions of MT154.2. 5 Technical parameters
5.1 Basic parameters
5.1.1 The basic parameters of the electric control equipment shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.1.2 The overall dimensions and weight of the electric control equipment shall comply with the standards of each enterprise. 5.2 Working conditions
Electronic control equipment should operate normally under the following specified conditions: a) Ambient air temperature -5℃ ~ +40℃; b) The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m; c) The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 90% (+25C); d) An environment without gas or steam that destroys insulation; e) A place that can be prevented from dripping;
f) A place with significant vibration and impact;

g) The installation inclination with the horizontal plane shall not exceed 16%; h) In a mine containing explosive mixtures such as gas; i) Pollution level 3, installation category II. 5.3 Basic structure
Electrical control equipment consists of the following parts:
a) Electric control box;
b) Main command operation box;
c) Lighting lamp;
d) Buzzer;
e) Emergency stop button.
5.4 Structural performance
5.4.1 Flameproof and intrinsic safety performance
The flameproof shell material of the electric control equipment, the structural parameters of the flameproof joint surface, the protection level of the intrinsic safety shell, and the explosion-proof performance of the cable entry device, observation window, rubber parts, seals, connectors, etc. shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3836.1~3836.4 respectively, and shall pass the inspection of the national designated explosion-proof inspection agency and obtain the explosion-proof certificate. 5.4.2 Electrical clearance and creepage distance
The electrical clearance and creepage distance in the main cavity of the electric control equipment shall comply with the provisions of 7.1.3.1 and 7.1.3.2 of GB/T14048.1; the electrical clearance and creepage distance in the wiring cavity shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 of GB3836.3. The electrical clearance and creepage distance of the intrinsically safe circuit shall comply with the relevant provisions of 4.6 of GB3836.4. 5.4.3 Mechanical interlocking
A reliable mechanical interlocking shall be provided between the isolating switch and the flameproof enclosure in the electric control box to ensure that the shell cover cannot be opened when the isolating switch is in the closed position. The shell fastened with bolts may be replaced by a warning sign, which shall be marked with the words "Open the cover after power off". 5.4.4 Indication
The electric control box shall be equipped with a position indicator to show the closed and open positions of the isolating switch contacts. 5.4.5 Grounding
The protective grounding of the electric control equipment shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 15 of GB3836.1. 5.4.6 Moisture and heat performance
The moisture and heat resistance of the electric control equipment shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 28 of GB3836.1, and the test cycle is 12 days. 5.5 Dielectric performance
5.5.1 Main circuit and control circuit
The main circuit and control circuit of the electric control equipment shall respectively withstand the AC 50Hz power frequency test voltage specified in Table 2 for 1 minute without breakdown and flashover.
