1 General Principles
1.0.1 This regulation is for the numbering of auxiliary equipment and cables and tubes in the preparation of engineering design documents by the automatic control profession.
1.0.2 This regulation is for the numbering of auxiliary equipment and cables and tubes such as instrument panels (cabinets, boxes), operating tables, auxiliary cabinets, terminal cabinets, junction boxes (boxes), protection (temperature) boxes, take-over boxes and air distributors. It does not include the numbering of DCS operation stations, cabinets, etc. When numbering instrument auxiliary equipment and cables, pipes and cables, the text codes used should comply with the provisions of "Graphic Symbols and Text Codes for Automatic Control Engineering Design" (HG/T20637.2). 1.0.3 The relevant standards are as follows:
HG/T20637.2 "Graphic Symbols and Text Codes for Automatic Control Engineering Design" HG/T20638
"Regulations on the Depth of Automatic Control Engineering Design Documents" When implementing these regulations, they should also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards. 513
Numbering of instrument auxiliary equipment
2.1 Numbering classification
2.1.1 The numbering of instrument auxiliary equipment can be divided into two types, one is the numbering of instrument auxiliary equipment that does not include junction boxes and take-over boxes, and the other is the numbering of junction boxes and take-over boxes. 2.2 Instrument auxiliary equipment (excluding junction boxes and take-over boxes) 2.2.1 Composition
The number is composed of four digits and the text code of the instrument auxiliary equipment. The first two digits of the four digits are the device number or the main item number, and the last two digits (according to the needs of the project, one digit can be used) are the sequence number. 2.2.2 FormatWww.bzxZ.net
2.2.3 Example
Text code of instrument auxiliary equipment (excluding junction boxes and take-over boxes) Sequence number (according to the needs of the project, one digit can be used) Device number or main item number
The device number or main item number is 20, the number of the first instrument panel is: 2001IP; the number of the fifth instrument panel is 2005IP.
2.3 Junction box, take-over box
2.3.1 The number is composed of the text code of the junction box and take-over box and four digits. The first two digits of the four digits are the device number or the main item number, and the last two digits (according to the needs of the project, one digit can be used) are the sequence number. 2.3.2 Format
Sequence number (one digit can be used according to the needs of the project) Device number or main item number
Wiring (pipe) box text code
2.3.3 Example
The device number or main item number is 30, the No. 5 standard signal wiring box is numbered: JBS3005; if it is a pipe box, the number is: CB3005.
3 Numbering of instrument cables, pipes and cables
3.1 Numbering method
3.1.1 The numbering of cables, pipes and cables between the control room and the wiring box and pipe box adopts the wiring box and pipe box numbering method. 3.1.2 The numbering of cables, pipes and cables between the control room or wiring box and pipe box and the field instrument adopts the instrument position numbering method.
3.1.3 The numbering of cables between the terminal cabinet and the cabinet, auxiliary cabinet, instrument panel, operating table, etc. in the control room or between the cabinet, auxiliary cabinet, instrument panel, operating table, etc. shall adopt the corresponding call sign numbering method. 3.2 Numbering method of junction box and pipe connection box
3.2.1 Composition
The numbering of a single cable or pipe is composed of the number of the junction box or pipe connection box and the text code of the cable or pipe. The numbering of multiple cables or pipes is composed of the tail of the single cable or pipe number plus the sequence number. 3.2.2 Format
Single cable, pipe
XXXXXX
For multiple cables, pipes
XXXXXX
3.2.3 Example
Cable (pipe) code
Wiring (pipe) box number
Sequence number of multiple cables (pipes)
Cable (pipe) code
Wiring (pipe) box number
1The number of the standard signal cable connected between the control room and the standard signal junction box No. JBS3125 is: JBS3125SC. If two cables are connected, their numbers are JBS3125SC-1.JBS3125SC2516
2The number of the pneumatic signal pipe connected between the control room and the junction box No. CB3234 is: CB3234TB. If three pipes and cables are connected, their numbers are CB3234TB-1, CB3234TB-2, and CB3234TB-3.
3.3 Instrument bit numbering method
3.3.1 Composition
The number is composed of the field instrument and the cable, pipe and cable text code. 3.3.2 Format
Cable (pipe and cable) text code
Field instrument bit number (cancel the horizontal line between the text and the number) 3.3.3 Example
1 The field instrument bit number is FT-2051, PV-3046, and the signal cable between the control room or junction box and the transmitter and control valve is numbered FT2051SC, PV3046SC; if it is an intrinsically safe cable, it is numbered FT2051SiC, PV3046SiC.
2 The field instrument position number is TE-1423, and the thermal resistance signal cable between the control room or junction box and the temperature measuring element is numbered TE1423RC; if it is a thermocouple compensation cable, it is numbered TE1423TC. 3 The field instrument position number is PT-1534, and the pneumatic signal cable between the control room or junction box and the transmitter is numbered PT1534TB.
3.4 Corresponding call sign numbering method
3.4.1 Composition
The number of the cables between the terminal cabinet, cabinet, auxiliary cabinet, instrument panel, operating table, etc. is composed of the cabinet (panel, table) number and the serial number of the connecting cable.
3.4.2 Format
Between terminal cabinet and cabinet, auxiliary cabinet, instrument panel, operation table, etc. 517
3.4.3 Example
Cable sequence number
Cabinet (auxiliary cabinet, instrument panel, operation table, etc.) sequence number Cabinet (auxiliary cabinet, instrument panel, operation table, etc.) text code Terminal cabinet sequence number
Terminal cabinet text code
1. The three cables connecting the terminal cabinet No. TC02 and the cabinet No. DC01 are numbered TC02-DCo1-1TC02-DC01-2, TC02-DCo13. 2. The two cables connecting the auxiliary cabinet No. AC03 and the operation table No. CD01 are numbered AC03-CD01-1, AC03-CD01--2.518
