Some standard content:

QB/T2193—1996
This standard is a revised version of ZBY32005-1986 "Rust-proof Base Paper".
The physical and technical indicators of this standard are determined according to the new test atmospheric conditions (23±1)℃, (50±2)%rh. In order to meet the production of a variety of quantitative base papers and further simplify the standard, this standard uses tensile index and burst index to replace the original tensile strength and burst resistance indicators, and makes corresponding adjustments and changes to other indicators. This standard non-equivalently adopts Romanian standard STAS8545—1970 "Rust-proof Base Paper", and the standard level of grade A products is the international advanced level.
This standard is proposed by the Food Papermaking Department of China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Papermaking Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard: Hangzhou Huafeng Paper Mill, Sichuan Zhaohua Paper Mill. The main drafters of this standard: Chen Xianzhen, Lu Jinpei, Wei Yuxian. As of the date of implementation of this standard, the professional standard ZBY32005-1986 "Rust-proof Base Paper" issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry shall be invalid. 379

Table 1 (End)
4.1.1 The production of other quantitative anti-rust base papers can be based on the provisions of the contract. 4.1.2 For the base paper used to produce VCI paper, the air permeability index may not be controlled. 4.2 Paper size
4.2.1 The width of the roll paper is 787mm and 1092mm, and the width deviation is not allowed to exceed ±3mm. 4.2.2 The slitting diameter of the roll paper is 600mm~~800mm, or according to user requirements. 4.2.3 According to user requirements, we can produce other sizes of rust-proof base paper by agreement. 4.3 The color of the rust-proof base paper is the natural color of the fiber. 4.4 The fiber structure of paper should be uniform, the paper surface should be flat, without impurities protruding from the paper surface, and the paper surface should not have folds, wrinkles, defects, spots, cracks, transparent spots, holes, hard blocks and paper defects that affect use. 4.5 The standard atmosphere for sample processing and testing should be relative humidity (50±2)% and temperature (23±1)℃. 4.6 The trimming edges of the paper rolls should be neat and clean, and the rolls should be tight and consistent. 4.7 After rewinding, each roll should have no more than 3 joints, and the joints must be firmly connected with non-corrosive adhesives and clearly marked. 4.8 Those with any of the following conditions shall be classified as second-class products, but no more than two of the following conditions shall be found at the same time. a) The quantitative value exceeds the allowable deviation range by less than ±7%; b) The tensile index is less than 10% of the specified value. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The supplier shall ensure that the anti-rust base paper produced meets the requirements of this standard, and a quality inspection certificate shall be affixed to each sheet. 5.2 The quantity delivered at one time is a batch, but not more than 30t. 5.3 Product delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828, and the unit of sample is sheet. 5.4 The sampling of samples and the treatment of samples before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T450 and GB/T10739. 5.5 The acceptable quality level (AQL) is calculated as the number of unqualified products per 100 units, and the counting sampling plan shall be as specified in Table 2. 381

5.6 The buyer has the right to inspect and accept according to this standard. If there is any objection to the quality of the batch, the supplier should be notified within three months after arrival for joint inspection. If the inspection is still unqualified, it will be judged as unqualified and the supplier will be responsible for handling it; if the inspection is qualified, it will be judged as qualified and the buyer will be responsible for handling it. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1 The packaging and marking of anti-rust base paper shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342, and the following supplements shall be made. 6.1.1 The packaging shall be determined according to the specific conditions of the region or in consultation with the user. 6.1.2 The base paper should be properly stored to prevent the influence of rain, snow, acid, alkali, chemical gas and ground moisture. 6.1.3 During the transportation of paper rolls, they should be transported by covered and clean transportation vehicles. 6.1.4 It is not allowed to drop paper rolls from high places.
