Use 130g/m2 woodfree paper for puncture test; b. Adjust the width between stitches to the minimum and puncture the needle base point stitch;. Adjust the magic between stitches to the maximum and puncture the left and right stitches respectively! Use a vernier caliper to measure the crab value of the left and right stitches to the needle base point stitch; e. Subtract the two values to get the symmetry error. 5.2.6 The needle displacement specified in Article 4.2.6 of this standard shall be tested in the following way: a. Adjust the width between stitches to the minimum and make the needle bar at the upper limit position; 267
QB/T1577-1992
b. Use a dial indicator with a blade-type contact to measure on the needle bar at a distance of 56mm from the needle plate plane; c. Turn the upper wheel, and the needle bar will drop to the point where the needle tip is 3mm from the needle plate plane. Record the reading in the table, and then continue to turn the upper wheel. Take the difference in the movement of the needle bar dropping to the lower limit position and then rising to the point where the needle tip is 3mm from the needle plate plane; d. Test three times in a row according to the above method, and take the maximum difference as the needle displacement. 5.3 Sewing performance

6.1 Each machine head leaving the factory must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by an inspection certificate before leaving the factory. 6.2 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Factory inspection
When the product is delivered, the consignee has the right to inspect and accept it according to the factory inspection items specified in this standard. 6.2.2 Type Inspection
In any of the following situations, a comprehensive assessment of product quality is required and a type inspection should be conducted: a. Trial design and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c. Periodic inspection should be conducted every six months during normal production; d. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e. When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection; f. When the superior quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.2.3 Inspection items, unqualified categories, inspection classification mm
500 each
Inspection items, unqualified categories, inspection classification shall be as specified in Table 3. Unit product is calculated by each machine head, A and B categories are calculated by unqualified products, and C category is calculated by the number of unqualified products.

QB/T 1577--1992
According to the results of sample inspection, if the number of non-conforming products of categories A and B and the number of non-conforming products of category C found in the sample are respectively less than or equal to the corresponding qualified judgment number A., then the inspection batch is judged to be a qualified batch. If the number of unqualified products of categories A and B and the number of unqualified products of category C found in the sample is greater than or equal to the corresponding unqualified judgment number R, the inspection batch is judged to be an unqualified batch. 6.3.4 Disposal of unqualified products and batches after inspection The ordering party has the right to reject unqualified products found during inspection in qualified batches. In principle, all batches judged to be unqualified shall be returned to the supplier or resolved by negotiation between the supplier and the ordering party. On the basis of 100% inspection of unqualified batches, the supplier shall remove or repair the unqualified products found and allow them to be submitted for inspection again.
For the batches submitted for inspection again, whether to use normal inspection or strict inspection, whether to check all items or only the items that cause the batch to be unqualified, are all decided by the ordering party.
6.4 Type inspection rules
6.4.1 Sample extraction
Samples should be extracted from a batch or batches manufactured in this cycle and passed the factory inspection, and it is necessary to ensure that the obtained samples can represent the manufacturing technology level of this cycle.
