5.1. Trial-produced compressors or compressors with major modifications must be type-tested at the manufacturer. Plastic testing generally uses carbon dioxide as the medium. According to the requirements of Appendix B, the full-load continuous operation time should be no less than 500 hours. If there is indeed difficulty in the gas source, it is allowed to be carried out in two stages: first, at the manufacturer, use air as the medium, and operate continuously at full load for 250 hours under the exhaust pressure specified in the test specification according to Article 4.1: Then, at the manufacturer or user, use carbon dioxide as the medium. According to the working conditions specified in this standard and the test method specified in Appendix B, operate continuously at full load for another 250 hours. The two-stage test is to measure the volume flow, shaft power, speed, noise, vibration, etc. of the compressor according to the provisions of Chapter 4. Before and after the full process test, the size of the wearing parts and the wear of the friction surface of the parts should be disassembled and inspected, and the economy and reliability of the product should be evaluated. It can only be put into production after passing the appraisal. 5.2 Each compressor shall be inspected before delivery. The inspection shall be conducted with air as the medium. The continuous operation time shall be no less than 4 hours at the exhaust pressure specified in the test run specification. The volume flow, suction pressure, exhaust pressure at each level, suction and exhaust temperature at each level, shaft power and speed and other parameters shall be measured. The compressor shall be shipped after passing the inspection.
5.3 The compressors produced in batches shall be inspected by sampling. The sampling plan shall be as specified in Table 3. The sampling inspection shall be conducted at the manufacturer. In addition to the cleanliness test, the sampling inspection shall also be conducted with air as the medium. The continuous operation time shall be no less than 24 hours at the exhaust pressure specified in the test run specification. The performance parameters such as volume flow, shaft power and speed shall be measured. The working conditions of all mechanisms of the unit shall be inspected to determine whether the wear of the wearing parts is normal. Table 3
