Among them, types A, B, and C are recommended as main orifices; types D and G are recommended as idle orifices; and types E and F are recommended as air orifices. 3.1 The type of type A orifice shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The sealing form is a double seal of thread and cone. 3.7 Nominal diameter 4Technical requirements JB/T6024-1992 d, dz 4.1The surface roughness parameter R of the inner hole of the measuring hole is 1.6μm. D 4.2The tolerance grade of the external thread of the measuring hole and the internal thread matching the measuring hole is grade 6. The tolerance bands of internal and external threads are: H/g, H/h, G/h. The external thread of the measuring hole is preferably 6h, and the thread is generally a coarse thread. 4.3 The tolerance values of the other dimensions without tolerances except hole d shall not be lower than IT14 grade in GB1804. The shape and position tolerances without tolerances shall be C grade in GB1184. 4.4 The symmetry tolerance value of the center plane of the screwdriver slot of the measuring hole relative to the thread axis of the measuring hole is 0.08mm. The flow value of the measuring hole shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3.3, 3.4, and 3.5 of JB3601. The flow angle 61,02 of the measuring hole can be selected from 60°, 90°, and 120°. The value and direction of the flow of the measuring hole shall be marked in the product drawing. The tightening torque when installing the measuring hole is 2~2.5Nm. Measuring hole code Example: A47±1 means: A-type measuring hole, water flow rate is 47±1mL/min.
