Some standard content:

JB/T3726—1999
This standard is a revision of JB3726.1—84 "General Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Standards of Boiler Deslagging Equipment", JB3726.2—84 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Standards of Boiler Deslagging Equipment - Spiral Deslagging Machine", JB3726.3-84 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Standards of Boiler Deslagging Equipment - Disc Deslagging Machine", and JB3726.4-84 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Standards of Boiler Deslagging Equipment - Crushing and Pushing Deslagging Machine". The main technical differences between this standard and JB3726.1-84 are as follows: 1. Added the introduction of the referenced standard;
2. Deleted Article 1.9 of JB3726.1-84: "The positioning parts added during the manufacturing process should be removed as much as possible after the construction is completed, and the surface should be flattened without leaving defects such as depressions and gaps";
3. Added Article 3.12: "After several sections of the cylinder are spliced, the straightness of the entire length of the cylinder shall not exceed 5mm, and the inclination of the end face shall not exceed 2mm"; 4. Added Article 3.13: The parallelism tolerance of the two side plates of the rectangular shell after welding is 10000:15"; 5. Added Article 3.14: "After the two side plates of the shell are welded The verticality tolerance of the bottom plate is not more than 5mm"; 6 Add 3.15 "The coplanar error of the chain drive sprocket after installation is not more than 1.5mm"; 7 Add 3.16 "After the flanges are connected at the manufacturer, the misalignment is not more than 3mm"; 8 The deviation range in Table 1 of 3.18 (1.8 in JB3726.1-84) is supplemented 9 Cancel 1.12 in JB3726.1-84 "The hole cover that is often opened must be flexible and reliable"; 10 Add 3.20 (1.11 in JB3726.1-84) The tolerance range of flange size range and end face inclination is: 11 3.21 (1.25 in JB3726.1-84) "The center of the belt groove of the V-belt pulley on two parallel shafts or the center plane of the two sprocket rings shall not deviate from each other by more than 1mm" was changed to "The coplanar error of the V-belt pulleys on two parallel shafts shall not exceed 0.00 times the center distance of the two pulleys"; 123.22 (1.22 in JB3726.1-84) "The gap deviation between the end faces of the two half couplings shall not exceed 1mm" was changed to "The gap deviation between the end faces of the two half couplings shall not exceed 2mm"; 13 The test methods, inspection rules, paint, packaging, and marking 14 were revised. Appendix A.
This standard replaces JB3726.1-84, JB3726.2-84, JB3726.3-84, JB3726.4-84 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Boiler Standardization. The drafting unit of this standard: Qingdao Fuji Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard: Chen Songling, Wang Luning, Zhang Shiqing, Han Yonghua, Liu Wei. 6

All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T1804—1992 General tolerances Unmarked tolerances for linear dimensions 3 Technical requirements
3.1 Equipment manufacturing must comply with the requirements of this technical condition and be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 All materials (including welding materials) must comply with the requirements of the design drawings and relevant standards, and material substitution should be handled in accordance with the regulations. 3.3 Castings and forgings must comply with relevant standards, and purchased and outsourced parts must have quality certificates. 3.4 The machining dimension deviation without tolerance shall comply with the C-level regulations in GB/T1804-1992. 3.5 There shall be no cracks or slag inclusions on the weld surface. 3.6 When the height of the butt weld is lower than that of the parent material, it must be repaired. The increase in height shall not exceed 3mm, and the height of the weld leg of the fillet weld shall not be less than the value specified in the drawing.
3.7 The depth of the weld undercut shall not exceed 1mm, the sum of the undercut lengths on both sides of the weld shall not exceed 15% of the length of the weld, and the continuous undercut length shall not exceed 50mm.
3.8 When equal thickness steel plates or steel sections are butt-jointed, the butt edge deviation of the longitudinal weld shall not exceed 15% of the plate thickness and not exceed 2n1m, and the circumferential weld shall not exceed 20% of the plate thickness and not exceed 3mm.
3.9 For circular sections with an inner diameter less than or equal to 500mm, there shall be one longitudinal weld. For sections with an inner diameter greater than 500mm, two welds are permitted, and the length of the outer arc between the center lines of the two welds shall not be less than 200mm. 3.10 The body and arc of the U-section section shall not have longitudinal welds. 3.11 The angle of the longitudinal weld for butt joints shall not be greater than 15% of the plate thickness. 3.12 After several sections of sections are spliced, the straightness of the entire length of the cylinder shall not be greater than 5mm, and the inclination of the end face shall not be greater than 2mm. After the two side plates of the rectangular shell are welded, the parallelism tolerance is 10000:15. 3.13
3.14 After the two side plates of the shell are welded, the verticality tolerance to the bottom plate shall not be greater than 5mm. 3.15 The coplanarity error of the chain drive sprocket after installation shall not be greater than 1.5mm. 3.16 After the wide butt flange connection is manufactured, the misalignment shall not be greater than 3mm. 3.17 The welds of the water-holding part of the shell and the joints of the flange or hole cover shall not leak. 3.18 After the structure is welded, its plane (including the interface flange that is not machined) should be flat, the curved surface should be smooth, and the flatness or straightness deviation of the plane should comply with Table 1.
