Environmental conditions existing in theapplication of electric and electonic productsPortable and non-stationary use
Environmental conditions existing in theapplication of electric and electonic productsPortable and non-stationary use 1.1 Scope of application
UDC 621.3 : 620. 19
GB 4798.7—87
1.1.1 This standard applies to electric and electonic products for portable and non-stationary use, and its environmental conditions include the following three situations: a. Environmental conditions that may occur when the product is placed and used for a short period of time. b. Environmental conditions that may occur when the product is placed and used for a short period of time. "Changes in environmental conditions due to changes in location. c. Environmental conditions for products moving between different locations 1.1.2 This standard covers environmental conditions in ground locations with and without weather protection and during movement between locations. 1.1.3 The environmental conditions specified in this standard do not include microclimate conditions inside the product, nor do they include environmental conditions caused by fire, explosion, nuclear radiation, or accidents.
1.2 Purpose
This standard specifies the environmental parameters and severity levels of products for portable and non-stationary use, and is the basis for selecting product standards. 1.3 Application
1.3.1 This standard is used together with GB4798.10-84 "Introduction to Environmental Conditions for Application of Electrical and Electronic Products". 1.3.2 This standard applies to Limited levels are specified for places where it is widely used. When using this standard, the lowest level that meets the use requirements should be selected. The selection principles are shown in Appendix A.
1.3.3 The environmental conditions of non-working products in motion are different from the environmental conditions of the products during operation. If considered separately, the environmental conditions for use can be selected at a lower level or according to the actual use conditions of the product, in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB4798. 1.3.4 The environmental parameters of this standard use maximum or limit values, and the possibility of exceeding the specified values is very small. In actual use, it is possible to reach the values specified in this standard, but it will not occur frequently in most places. Due to different environmental conditions in different places, the frequency of occurrence is also different. The frequency of occurrence must be considered for any environmental parameter. If it is necessary to determine the environment For the duration and frequency of environmental parameters, please refer to Appendix D. 2 Terminology
2.1 The definitions in GB4796-84 "Classification of parameters of electrical and electronic products and their severity classification" apply to this standard. 2.2 Portable and non-fixed use
The product is not permanently installed on a certain component or permanently placed in a fixed place for use, but is frequently moved from one place to another. During the movement, the product is not specially protected, and the movement time accounts for a considerable proportion of the product life. The product can work both in a fixed state and in a mobile state. Approved by the National Bureau of Standards on August 19, 1987
Implementation of 1988-050
3 Classification and levels of environmental parameters
3.1 Description of environmental parameter classification
GB4798.7—87
3.1.1 The environmental condition classification number specified in this standard is (7). 3.1.2 This standard specifies the classification and codes of various environmental parameters as follows: climatic environmental conditions (K);
special climatic environmental conditions (Z);
biological environmental conditions (B);
chemically active substance environmental conditions (C);
mechanically active substance environmental conditions (S),
mechanical environmental conditions (M).
3.1.3 Based on the environmental conditions caused by various factors such as outdoor climate, building structure, and production conditions during use, this standard specifies the combined environmental parameter levels that are in accordance with objective existence. The larger the number of the level, the higher the severity (except for special climatic conditions).
3.1.4 This standard can only give the biological condition severity value. 3.1.5 For a certain: determine the place of use or product, all levels should be indicated. For example: 7K2/7ZI/7Z5/7Z9/7B2/7C2/7S2/7M2.
3.1.6 Appendix B gives a chart of the relationship between air temperature, relative humidity and absolute humidity. Appendix C gives three examples of the practical application of this standard. Appendix D is the duration and frequency of occurrence. 3.2 Climate and environmental conditions
See Table 1 for the levels of climate and environmental conditions. 7K17K5 represents the levels of climate and environmental conditions for product carrying and non-fixed use. These climate and environmental conditions have been tested for a long time and take into account all factors that affect these conditions under normal circumstances. For example, outdoor climate conditions, building type, temperature and humidity control system, mobile means and internal conditions (heat diffusion of adjacent equipment, on-site personnel, etc.), but not including accidents.
When choosing a reasonable level, the following should be taken into account: The climate conditions inside the building depend on the outdoor air temperature, solar radiation and building type. Good insulation or high heat capacity walls can continuously buffer the peak of outdoor day and night temperature changes. Walls with poor insulation or low heat capacity do not have this effect; the peak value is increased by solar radiation during the day and by the radiation of the building itself at night, which is increased by heat absorption or greenhouse effect. The climatic conditions in non-weather-protected locations have a greater impact on the function of the product and its components than in weather-protected locations. In this regard, special consideration should be given to the effects of temperature changes, solar radiation, rainfall, air flow rate and wind cooling. The severity of these effects is also affected by the specific building structure (type and thickness of materials, surface color, sealing or ventilation properties of the shell, heating, etc.), as well as by operational details (such as the choice of working position and the main wind direction and degree of exposure to the climate, etc.).
3.3 Special climatic environmental conditions
The levels of special climatic environmental conditions are shown in Table 2.
3.4 Biological environmental conditions
The levels of biological environmental conditions are shown in Table 3.
3.5 Environmental conditions for chemically active substances
3.5.1 The levels of environmental conditions for chemically active substances are shown in Table 4. 3.5.2 Chemically active substances are mainly chemical substances discharged from industrial production, motor vehicles and heating systems, as well as salt spray, which has a relatively large impact. These substances will affect the performance and materials of the product. Since the product is directly affected by high-concentration pollution in a short period of time, the material is usually damaged and cannot be restored, so this standard stipulates the maximum value; since the internal parts of the product are affected by the long-term effect of pollutants, the impact is relatively obvious, so this standard also stipulates the corresponding average value. 213
GB 4798.7-87
In fact, various chemical pollutants will not appear at the same time. Even if they appear at the same time, their concentrations will not increase uniformly at the same time. Usually, only one substance has a higher concentration. Therefore, when considering the impact of chemically active substances on the product, the chemical parameters and their levels must be reasonably selected according to the actual situation.
Note: The salt spray in this standard does not consider chemically active liquids and chemically active solids other than sea salt and land salt. 3.5.3 When 7C1 or 7C2 is selected, all parameters in the grade shall be met. When 7C3 or 7C4 is selected, only some parameters related to use can be selected according to actual conditions, but the remaining parameters must meet the requirements of 7C2. 3.6 Environmental conditions for mechanically active substances
The effects of sand and dust on products are similar, so this standard puts them in the same category. Their grades are shown in Table 5. 3.7 Mechanical environmental conditions
This standard specifies the severity of sinusoidal steady-state vibration in the high-frequency and low-frequency ranges by the magnitude of acceleration and displacement. 3.7.1
This standard uses the acceleration power spectrum density and frequency range to indicate the severity of random vibration. 3.7.2
This standard uses the maximum undamped impact response spectrum of the first level to indicate the severity of non-steady-state vibration including impact. 3.7.4
This standard indicates the severity of free fall according to the drop height determined by the mass of the product. 3.7.5
See Table 6 for mechanical environmental condition levels.
