Special working conditions Condition 2.0.7 means that the crane operation condition exceeds the standard operation condition, including: 2.0.7.1 When the crane is working, the oil facility where the crane is installed is horizontal and (or) 3. Selection of cranes 3.1 Selection principles 3.1.1 The working level of the crane should match the actual operating condition of the crane. The classification of the working level of the crane should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Crane Design Code". 3.1.2 The working interface of the crane should be able to meet the needs. 3.1.3 The rated lifting capacity of the crane should match the mass of the equipment or module to be hoisted. 3.1.4 Cranes on artificial islands and other cranes engaged in lifting operations of oil facilities themselves can be selected according to standard operating conditions. 3.1.5 Cranes engaged in lifting operations outside oil facilities: should be selected according to special operating conditions. 3.1.6 The selected cranes should be easy to disassemble, transport and assemble. 3.1.7 The selected cranes should be hydraulically driven, and gasoline engine-driven cranes should not be used. If the crane is in a dangerous area: the electromechanical equipment of the selected crane should meet the relevant provisions of the "Safety Rules for Beach Oil Construction Projects". 3.2 Technical requirements for selected cranes 3.2.1 Wire rope The wire rope should comply with the provisions of the "High-quality Wire Rope". 3.2.1.1 The auxiliary lifting mechanism should use a two-way galvanized wire rope; the variable speed mechanism should use a one-way galvanized wire rope. 3.2.1.3 The crane should use a galvanized wire rope. 3.2.2 Safety devices 3.2.2.1 All motors driving the crane should be equipped with short-circuit protection, undervoltage protection, overload protection and zero position protection. The hydraulic drive system should be equipped with a relief valve. 3.2.5 Pulley 3.2.5.1 The nominal diameter of the luffing, hoisting and hook pulleys should not be less than 18 times the nominal diameter of the wire rope used 3.2.5.2 All pulley bearings except those with permanent lubrication should be equipped with lubrication devices. 3.2.6 Hook The hook must be equipped with a safety device to prevent accidental unhooking of the heavy goods. 3.2.7 Anti-corrosion All parts of the crane should be moisture-proof, salt spray-proof, and mildew-proof. 32.8 Performance requirements of the structure 3.2.8.1 The lifting mechanism should have the following working performance (1) After the weight stops in the air, the weight should not slide down instantly when it is repeatedly lifted slowly; (2) The static brake should be able to brake 1.5 times the rated lifting torque; (3) The dynamic brake should be able to steadily brake 110% of the rated load falling at the maximum speed; (4) The minimum lifting speed of the crane load should be adapted to the sea conditions in the sea area. 3.2.8.2 The luffing mechanism should have the following working performance (1) The luffing mechanism should be able to support the boom within the designed minimum and maximum boom angle range and withstand 110% Design load: (2) The luffing mechanism should have the performance to prevent the boom from falling out of control. 3.2.8.3 The retracting boom mechanism should have the following working performance (1) The telescopic boom mechanism should have the performance to prevent the mechanism parts from moving out of control (2) The power retraction function should be able to control and support 110% of the design load within the designed minimum and maximum boom angle range. 3.2.8.4 The slewing mechanism should have the following working performance (1) The slewing mechanism should be able to start and stop smoothly with controllable acceleration and deceleration: (2) The slewing mechanism should be able to perform bidirectional braking: 6: 3.3 The most basic purchasing information should be provided to the crane manufacturer when selecting a crane! The minimum crane characteristic parameters and operating condition parameters should comply with the specifications in Appendix A. 4. Installation of cranes 4.1 General provisions 4.1.1 The installation of cranes shall be carried out in accordance with the installation instructions provided by the crane manufacturer 4.1.2 The crane installation construction unit shall be approved by the certification inspection agency. 4.2 Basic requirements for installation 4.2.1 Requirements for preparatory work before installation 4.2.1.1 The factory technical data of the crane shall be complete. The factory technical data of the crane shall include: product certificate: product instruction manual: installation instruction manual: factory certificate of all purchased parts on the crane and related information; random spare parts, random special tools list and drawings of wearing parts. 4.2.1.2 The construction unit shall count and inspect the appearance of the crane at the construction site. 4.2. 1.3 The anti-corrosion coating on the upper flange of the base and the corresponding connection surface of the slewing platform should be cleaned. 4.2.1.4 The crane foundation should be effectively connected to the main structure of the oil facility. The crane foundation should be inspected and accepted according to the design drawings and the following standards (1) The crane foundation on the fixed platform should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Technical Specifications for the Design and Construction of Shallow Sea Steel Fixed Platform Structures"; (2) The crane foundation on the mobile platform should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Technical Specifications for the Design and Construction of Shallow Sea Steel Mobile Platform Structures". (3) The crane foundation on the artificial island should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Technical Specifications for the Design and Construction of Shallow Sea Steel Mobile Platform Structures" and the "Technical Specifications for the Design and Construction of Shallow Sea Slope Sandstone Artificial Island Structures". 4.2.2 Installation of winch The tolerance of the installation surface connected to the winch base shall comply with the limits specified by the winch manufacturer. 4.2.2.2 Under the action of the lifting load, the deformation of the installed winch assembly should not exceed the limits specified by the manufacturer. 4.2.3 Installation of slewing mechanism The installation accuracy of each component of the slewing bearing ring shall comply with the manufacturer's regulations. 4.2.4 Installation of base 4.2.4.1 In addition to the appearance inspection, the welds between the base and the crane foundation shall also be subjected to 100% magnetic particle inspection and 100% radiographic or ultrasonic inspection. The weld wave shall be uniform, the weld shape and size shall meet the design requirements, and there shall be no cracks, slag inclusions, unfused, pores, nodules and arc pits on the surface. The internal quality of the weld shall meet the quality requirements of radiographic inspection level II or ultrasonic inspection level [in "Nondestructive Testing of Pressure Instruments". :4242After installation, the locking inclination of the upper surface of the base shall not be greater than ±0.54.2.5 Installation of boom The boom shall be connected as a whole before being put into place, and then the integrated boom shall be hoisted into place. 4.2.5.1
For the boom assembled in sections, the short boom should be close to the boom foot except for the basic sections at both ends. The installation of the wire rope and the steel wire of the luffing mechanism should be made of whole cotton. 4.2.6.2 The installation procedure of the rope end accessories should be in accordance with the regulations of the crane manufacturer. The bolts provided by the crane manufacturer should be used for the installation bolts.
