National Standard of the People's Republic of China Aluminum-titanium alloy wires Aluminium-titanium alloy wiresUDC 295426 GB3129 ---82 This standard applies to aluminum-titanium-gold wires used as vapor film materials, mainly for film capacitors, optical lenses, reflectors in radio, instrumentation and metering industries, and "gold and silver wires" in the textile industry. Varieties 1.1 Brand and state The brand and state of the wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Dimensions and allowable deviations The wire diameter and allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Wires of other specifications and allowable deviations may be supplied upon agreement between the two parties. 1.3 Manufacturing method The wire is manufactured by drawing. 1.4 Marking example A hard wire made of LTi2.5 and with a diameter of 1.0 mm is marked as: wire LTi2.5 Y1.0 GB 3129—82 2 Technical requirements 2.1 Chemical composition The chemical composition of the wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Slight local spots and scratches and other defects shall not cause the wire diameter to exceed its allowable deviation. Slight darkening and local oxidation color shall not be used as grounds for scrapping. 2.3 Mechanical properties The tensile test results of the wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. Table 4 Tensile strength b kgf/mm2 Note: The tensile test shall be carried out only when specified in the contract. 2.4 Out-of-roundness The out-of-roundness of the wire shall not exceed the allowable diameter deviation. 2.5 Coil weight 2.5.1 Coil weight shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. Coil 2.5.2 The permissible delivery weight of each batch of lighter coils shall not exceed 10%. 3 Test method 3.1 The arbitration analysis of chemical composition shall be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. Elongation, % (ln = 100mm)bzxz.net Weight of each roll, not less than, kg 3.2 The tensile test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228-76 "Metal Tensile Test Method". 4 Inspection rules 4.1 The wire shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. Light 4.2 Each batch of wire shall consist of the same brand, specification and state, and the batch weight shall not exceed 500kg. Each roll of wire shall be wound with 1-wire. 4.3 The diameter of each roll of wire shall be measured and the appearance shall be inspected with the naked eye. 4.4 The tensile test shall be carried out by taking two rolls of wire from each batch, and one sample shall be taken from each roll. 4.5 If even one sample fails the test, double the number of samples should be taken from the batch to retest the failed item. If even one sample fails the retest, the whole batch shall be scrapped or tested roll by roll. The qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 5.1 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB730-70 "Heavy nonferrous metal processing, product packaging, marking, transportation and storage general methods". GB 312982 Wire is supplied in coils, and each coil of wire must be wrapped in plastic cloth.
