Grammage The mass of reconstituted tobacco per square meter, expressed in grams per square meter. 3.2 Thickness The thickness of reconstituted tobacco under a certain pressure, expressed in millimeters. 3.3 Tensile strength The maximum tension that a reconstituted tobacco can withstand per unit cross-sectional area, expressed in Newtons per square millimeter. 3.4 Folding strength The number of times a reconstituted tobacco can withstand reciprocating folding under a certain tension, expressed in times. 3.5 Ewater resistance Water resistance The time for reconstituted tobacco to withstand immersion without disintegration, expressed in minutes. 3.6 Determination of filling power529 YC/T 16.2--2002 The volume of reconstituted tobacco shreds per unit mass under a constant pressure, expressed in cubic centimeters per gram. 3.7 blemish Defects formed by undispersed fiber clusters, uncrushed tobacco stems, insufficiently swollen carboxymethyl fiber bundles (CMC) and other foreign matter on the surface of reconstituted tobacco leaves. 4 Requirements 4.1 The tobacco raw materials used to make reconstituted tobacco leaves should not deteriorate, be free of pollution and impurities, and have a dust content of less than 2%. 4.2 The auxiliary materials used to make reconstituted tobacco leaves should comply with the relevant national food hygiene standards. 4.3 Reconstituted tobacco leaves should have no obvious odor and no mold. 4.4 Physical and technical requirements for reconstituted tobacco leaves are shown in Table 1. Technical requirements Design standard value±1% Design standard value±0.01 mm Design standard value±10% Vertical>2.1 Horizontal>1.0 Vertical>80 Horizontal>40 5 (initial temperature 25C±5C) 4.5.2 The number of white spots with a diameter greater than 2.0mm on the surface of reconstituted tobacco leaves shall not exceed 10 in 100cm2. 5 Sampling 5.1 Take the reconstituted tobacco leaves produced in each shift as one inspection batch, and randomly sample five times in each shift, with the interval between each sampling not less than 30 minutes. 5.2 Each time, 50 samples of 250mm×200mm (vertical×horizontal) are sampled and cut at the exit of the drying end of the production line. The samples should be free of damage and wrinkles. After mixing the five samples, 100 pieces are randomly selected as test samples. 5.3 The reconstituted tobacco leaves are sampled at the exit of the slicer. Five boxes are randomly selected from the packed boxes. 1kg is sampled each time (box). After five samples are mixed, 2kg is sampled by quartering method as test samples. 5.4 Preparation of experimental samples for physical quality of reconstituted tobacco leaves 5.4.1 Before testing, the test samples should adjust the sample moisture according to GB/T16447. 5.4.2 The moisture test samples do not adjust the moisture, and the water resistance test samples should reach the curing time required by the process. 5.4.3 See Table 2 for sample specifications. The distance between the sample clamps is 100mm; The accuracy of the tensile force at the time of fracture is within ±1%; the time from the start of load to fracture of the sample is (20 ±5)s; the effective measurement range of the instrument is between 10% and 90% of the total amount. 6.5.2 Determination steps The test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T12914--1991. Each sample is tested 14 times in the longitudinal and transverse directions respectively. Remove the two maximum and two minimum values of the absolute tensile strength, and calculate the tensile strength with the remaining data. The calculation result of the tensile strength is rounded to 0.1 N/mm. 6.6 Folding endurance 6.6.1 Technical requirements of the instrument The folding speed is 60 times/min, the folding angle is 90°, and the initial folding tension is 0.1N. 6.6.2 Determination The test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T457-1989. The folding endurance is expressed as the arithmetic mean of the number of folding times tested 10 times. The calculation result is rounded to an integer. 6.7 Water resistance 6.7.1 Technical requirements of the instrument Shaking frequency (120±2) times/min, amplitude 25mm (double amplitude 50mm), shaking for 5s every 30s, total time 5min, time control accuracy ±1s. 6.7.2 Determination steps Put five pieces of the sample into a 250ml beaker, add 100ml (25±5)C clean water. Place it on the shaking table, start the instrument for determination, and record the time when the sample does not disperse. YC/T 16. 22002 6.8 Filling value Perform the test in accordance with the provisions of YC/T152-2001. 6.9 Appearance 6.9.1 Adhesion rate of reconstituted tobacco leaves Randomly select about 5.0 kg of reconstituted tobacco leaves as samples for weighing, select the connected and adhered reconstituted tobacco leaves for weighing, and calculate the adhesion rate of connected pieces by formula (1): (%) 2 Where: Adhesion rate of reconstituted tobacco leaves; The mass of connected and adhered reconstituted tobacco leaves, in dry grams (kg); d The mass of the sample, in kilograms (kg). 6.9.2 Self-pointing Randomly select 10 samples, measure with a ruler and count the number of white spots with a diameter greater than 2.0 mm on the samples, and take the arithmetic mean of the number of white spots on the 10 samples and round it off to an integer to represent the white spots of the batch of reconstituted tobacco leaves. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 The quality of reconstituted tobacco leaves is expressed in percentage, with the highest score being 100 points. 7.2 According to the test results and technical requirements, the quality of each index is determined. If each single item meets the technical requirements and tolerance regulations in Table 1, the corresponding item can get full marks; otherwise, it will get zero marks. 7.3 The score grades of each physical index are shown in Table 3. Table 4 Appearance index score level Continuous adhesion rate of reconstituted tobacco leaves 7.6 The sum of the scores of each individual item is the quality score of reconstituted tobacco leaves. 7.7 Quality judgment 7.7.1 The quality score of reconstituted tobacco leaves indicates the comprehensive manufacturing technology level of reconstituted tobacco leaves. 7.7.2 Factors that veto the quality of reconstituted tobacco leaves 7.7.2.1 The tensile strength of reconstituted tobacco leaves is less than 1.6N/mm2 in the longitudinal direction and less than 0.7N/mm in the transverse direction. 532 7. 7. 2. 2 The folding endurance of reconstituted tobacco leaves is unqualified. The water resistance of reconstituted tobacco leaves is unqualified. The continuous adhesion rate of reconstituted tobacco leaves is greater than 30%. 7.7. 2. 4 The reconstituted tobacco leaves are moldy. 7.7.2.6 Reconstituted tobacco leaves have a distinct odor. 7.7. 2. 7 The raw materials or auxiliary materials used to make reconstituted tobacco leaves do not meet the requirements of 4.1 and 4.2. 8 Labeling, packaging, storage and transportation 8.1 Labeling YC/T 16.2-2002 The product name, trademark, specifications, production date, manufacturer name, address, packaging size, net weight, gross weight, and safety mark should be marked on the packaging. 8.2 Packaging The packaging should be sealed with odorless moisture-proof materials.
