SE value is used to evaluate the effect of ultra-high temperature sterilization. It is stipulated that under normal operating conditions, the continuous working time is one shift (6h). At the end of each shift, CIP cycle washing must be used. A detergent without chloride ions should be selected. The detergent concentration should not exceed 2% and the temperature should not exceed 80℃. 5.15 The appearance should be smooth and bright, without obvious scratches. 5.16 The reliability test time of the product after assembly shall not be less than 6 hours. 5.17 After the whole machine is tested, it should be kept clean and free of obvious impurities. 5.18 Under the condition that the user avoids the storage and use rules, if the sterilizer cannot work normally within one year from the date of manufacture due to manufacturing quality problems, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge (excluding wearing parts). 6 Test method 6.1 Flow test 6.1.1 Instrument: glass rotor flowmeter (600~6000L/h), accuracy level 1.5. 6.1.2 Medium: clean water (chloride ion content does not exceed 25mg/kg). 6.1.3 Test steps; For single pump test, see Figure 1. Connect a flow meter to the discharge port, open the back pressure valve to the maximum, start the feed pump, and read the indication when the flow rate is stable. For double pump test, see Figure 2. Remove the U-shaped pipe at the bottom of the machine, connect another feed pump, and perform the rest according to the single pump test steps. Visual inspection shows no leakage or abnormal deformation. After passing the inspection, the competent quality inspection department shall issue a certificate of conformity before the unit can leave the factory. 7.2 Type inspection It shall be conducted in any of the following cases: New products are put into production; Major changes in design, process or materials used may affect product performance; b. Products are put into production again after being discontinued for more than one year; In normal production, it shall be conducted every two years; When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement of type inspection. 7.3 Type inspection items and sampling rules Inspection shall be conducted in accordance with all the contents in the technical requirements of this standard. The type and size of the label shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8. 8.1.1.2 The content of the product label shall include: a. Manufacturer name, Product model and name; Main parameters of the product; Manufacture number, Manufacture date. The packaging mark should comply with the provisions of GB/T191 and GB/T6388, including: a. The name and address of the shipping unit, the name and specifications of the product must be clearly stated according to the transportation regulations; The number of products, net weight and gross weight; The size of the packaging box; The date of manufacture; Marks such as "handle with care" and "upward" on the lifting point. 8.2 Packaging The packaging of the sterilizer should comply with the provisions of QB/T842.8. Each product should be accompanied by the following documents: Product certificate; Product manual; Quality certificate (pressure-bearing components), Packing list. 8.3 Transportation The packaging box of the sterilizer is not allowed to collide during transportation. 8.4 Storage It should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse to avoid coexistence with chloride.
