Sterilizers should be manufactured in accordance with the provisions of this standard and in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1

5.3 When the sterilizer is operated at ultra-high temperature, the sterilization efficiency SE value should be greater than 6.4. 5.4 When the sterilizer is operated at a feed temperature of 4-10℃ and the steam pressure is 0.8MPa, the steam consumption is not more than 0.15kg steam/kg material, and the energy saving efficiency is 45% for one-way (preheating) and 90% for two-way (preheating and cooling). 5.5 The material of the pressure vessel should be selected in accordance with the provisions of GB150, and the material in contact with the material should be in accordance with the provisions of GB12073. 5.6 The welding rod or welding wire shall be of a grade not lower than the material strength of this product. 5.7 The radiographic flaw detection of the longitudinal weld of the high-temperature cylinder shall meet the GB/T3323 Grade III standard. 5.8 The transition of the material pipeline shall be smooth, and there must be a certain radius, no dead angle is allowed, and it shall be able to withstand the 6MPa water pressure test, and no leakage or deformation shall occur.
5.9 The welding seam of the double-set coil shall be flat, and the number of weld repairs shall not exceed 2 times. 5.10 The maximum displacement of the combined coil of the whole machine shall not exceed 10mm. 5.11 The matching feed pump (centrifugal sanitary pump) shall comply with the provisions of QB/T1826. 5.12 When the whole machine is in use, the noise shall not exceed 85dB(A). 5.13 The instrument and other accessories shall comply with the relevant national standards and be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 5.14 The sterilizer shall be equipped with a circulating washing device for easy cleaning to ensure the safety and hygiene of food production. It is stipulated that under normal operating conditions, the continuous working time is one shift (6h). At the end of each shift, CIP cycle washing must be used. A detergent without chloride ions should be selected. The detergent concentration should not exceed 2% and the temperature should not exceed 80℃.
5.15 The appearance should be smooth and bright, without obvious scratches. 5.16 The reliability test time of the product after assembly shall not be less than 6 hours. 5.17 After the whole machine is tested, it should be kept clean and free of obvious impurities. 5.18 Under the condition that the user avoids the storage and use rules, if the sterilizer cannot work normally within one year from the date of manufacture due to manufacturing quality problems, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge (excluding wearing parts). 6 Test method
6.1 Flow test
6.1.1 Instrument: glass rotor flowmeter (600~6000L/h), accuracy level 1.5. 6.1.2 Medium: clean water (chloride ion content does not exceed 25mg/kg). 6.1.3 Test steps; For single pump test, see Figure 1. Connect a flow meter to the discharge port, open the back pressure valve to the maximum, start the feed pump, and read the indication when the flow rate is stable. For double pump test, see Figure 2. Remove the U-shaped pipe at the bottom of the machine, connect another feed pump, and perform the rest according to the single pump test steps.

6.3.1 High temperature heater pressure test: As shown in Figure 3, connect the condensate water connection pipe at the bottom of the high temperature barrel with the outlet pipe of the pressure test pump, start the pressure test pump, and when the high temperature barrel is full of water, close the exhaust stop valve to slowly increase the pressure to 1.05MPa and maintain it for 10 minutes, then reduce the pressure to 0.80MPa and maintain it for 30 minutes. 6.3.2 Material coil pressure test: As shown in Figure 4, connect the feed pump pipe to the outlet pipe of the pressure test pump, remove the temperature package and back pressure valve at the upper end of the high-pressure cylinder, plug each with a plug, start the pressure test pump, raise the pressure to 6MPa, maintain for 20 minutes, and visually observe no leakage. 6.4 Feed pump seal leakage test
Can be carried out simultaneously with the flow test. Within a period of not less than 10 minutes, collect the amount of water leaked from the pump seal for calculation. 6.5 Noise test
Perform in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ50004.
6.6 Combined coil displacement test: As shown in Figure 5, use a ruler to lean against any side of the outer diameter of the combined coil to measure the maximum displacement between each coil.

Perform each unit according to the requirements of 5.1, 5.25.5, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9, 5.10, 5.11, 5.12, 5.13, 5.15, 5.17. After passing the inspection, the competent quality inspection department shall issue a certificate of conformity before the unit can leave the factory. 7.2 Type inspection
It shall be conducted in any of the following cases:
New products are put into production;
Major changes in design, process or materials used may affect product performance; b.
Products are put into production again after being discontinued for more than one year;
In normal production, it shall be conducted every two years; When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement of type inspection. 7.3 Type inspection items and sampling rules

8.1 Marking
8.1.1 Product marking
8.1.1.1 The sterilizer must have a label fixed in an obvious position. The type and size of the label shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8. 8.1.1.2 The content of the product label shall include: a.
Manufacturer name,
Product model and name;
Main parameters of the product;
Manufacture number,
Manufacture date.
The packaging mark
should comply with the provisions of GB/T191 and GB/T6388, including: a.
The name and address of the shipping unit, the name and specifications of the product must be clearly stated according to the transportation regulations;
The number of products,
net weight and gross weight;
The size of the packaging box;
The date of manufacture;
Marks such as "handle with care" and "upward" on the lifting point. 8.2 Packaging
The packaging of the sterilizer should comply with the provisions of QB/T842.8. Each product should be accompanied by the following documents:
Product certificate;
Product manual;
Quality certificate (pressure-bearing components),
Packing list.
8.3 Transportation
The packaging box of the sterilizer is not allowed to collide during transportation. 8.4 Storage
It should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse to avoid coexistence with chloride. Additional remarks:
