Install a 0~250kPa pressure gauge at the safety valve hole of the pot cover; inject 70% water into the pot;
Close the pot cover and place the pot on the stove to heat it; when the pressure limiting valve operates normally, measure its pressure. 6.3 Safety pressure test
Install a 0~400kPa pressure gauge at the pressure limiting valve hole of the pot cover; perform according to 6.2b and c;
For fusible safety valve, the exhaust valve should be closed 20s after exhausting steam; measure the pressure when the safety valve just operates. 6.4 Sealing performance test
Perform according to 6.2a, b and c;
When the pressure gauge value reaches 20kPa to the nominal working pressure range, observe whether the pressure cooker has dripping or air leakage. 5 Internal pressure resistance test
Use the pressure gauge connector to install a 0.1MPa pressure gauge at the valve seat hole of the pot cover, and make other safety devices inoperable. Connect the pressure test pump, pot cover valve hole, and water supply system; fill the pot with water and cover it tightly;
Exhaust the air in the pot and pressurize it to the pressure specified in 5.5 with the pressure test pump, maintain the pressure for 30s, and observe and measure its pressure and performance; after depressurization, perform a sealing performance test to observe whether there is any leakage. e.
