4 Technical requirements

4.5.1 Impeller components should be statically balanced. The allowable unbalance amount and the weight removal part when correcting the balance should be in accordance with the product drawings. 4.5.2 The bearings should have protective devices and the bearing space should maintain an appropriate amount of grease. 4.5.3. The outer surface of the fan should be smooth and clean, without obvious damage or defects: the coating should be free of rust, layering, and peeling; the paint layer should be even, complete and firm, without bubbles, accumulation, or flow marks.
4.5.4 The size, shape and position requirements of the appearance and installation parts (including parts related to the matching cooling radiator) shall comply with the product drawings.
4.5.5 Parts should be in place correctly and there are no missing parts: the fastening should be reliable; the impeller should rotate flexibly without friction or blockage. 4.5.6 The axial movement of the fan shaft should be less than 0.2mm. 4.5.7 There is no abnormal sound during operation.

The fan generator should also comply with the provisions of 4.6.3~4.6.11. The generator adopts the maximum continuous rated working system. The generator protection level is based on IPX3 in GB/T4942.1. The insulation of generator windings shall not be lower than Class B.
The rated voltage and cold operating performance of the generator should comply with the requirements of Table 3. The generator temperature rise limit is 60℃.

4.6.8 The insulation between the live conductor and the non-live conductor of the fan generator shall not be broken down after passing the 550V withstand voltage test. After the fan generator has passed the following tests, no parts are damaged or fasteners are loose, and the cold working performance still meets the requirements of Table 3: 4.6.9

Inspection Rules
6.1
Fans must pass the inspection by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. 6.2 Factory inspection
The fan should be inspected according to the requirements of 4.5.3~4.5.7 before leaving the factory. The fan generator should also be inspected according to the requirements of 4.6.6 and 4.6.8.
6.3 Type inspection
The manufacturer shall conduct type inspection on the product no less than once every two years in accordance with the technical requirements specified in this standard. 6.4 When the fans are delivered and accepted in batches, the inspection items are the same as the factory inspection. The ordering unit shall conduct random inspections of product quality in accordance with the provisions of GB/2828.
