Revision Notes
This standard is edited by our ministry in accordance with the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. [1987] 2390. Specifically, the Wuhan Metallurgical Construction Research Institute, together with the Ministry of Chemical Industry, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation and relevant units under our ministry, established a revision group to revise the original "Construction Installation Engineering Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard Industrial Kiln Masonry Engineering" TJ309-77.
During the revision process, the revision group conducted extensive investigations and studies, carefully summarized the experience of industrial furnace masonry engineering quality inspection and assessment over the past 10 years, and widely solicited opinions from relevant units across the country. After repeated revisions, it was finally reviewed and finalized by our ministry in conjunction with relevant departments.
This standard is divided into 16 chapters, of which the first, second, third and fourth chapters are general parts, including the common provisions for the quality inspection and evaluation of masonry works of various industrial furnaces: the remaining chapters are special requirements for the quality inspection and evaluation of masonry works of the listed professional furnaces. The masonry works of general industrial furnaces in various industrial sectors that are not included in the special chapters of this standard can be inspected and evaluated according to the general part of this standard.
In the process of implementing this standard, it is hoped that all units will seriously summarize their experience. If there are any areas that need to be revised or supplemented, please send your opinions and relevant materials to the "Industrial Furnace Masonry Works Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standard" Management Group of Wuhan Metallurgical Construction Research Institute of our department (No. 938, Heping Avenue, Qingshan District, Wuhan City, Postal Code: 430081) for reference in future revisions. Chapter 2 Division,
Grade, Procedure and Organization of Quality Inspection and Evaluation
Section 1 Division of Quality Inspection and Evaluation
Article 2.1.1 The quality of industrial furnace masonry engineering should be inspected and evaluated according to the division of sub-items, divisions and unit projects.
Article 2.1.2. The division of sub-items, sub-sections and unit projects of industrial furnace masonry projects shall comply with the following provisions:
Sub-items shall be divided into sub-items according to the structure or section of the industrial furnace. When the masonry volume of the industrial furnace is less than 100m3, one (set) furnace can be regarded as a sub-item, or two or more parts or sections can be combined into one sub-item.
2. Sub-section projects shall be divided into sub-items according to the seat (set) of the industrial furnace. When there is only one sub-item in a sub-item, the sub-item is a sub-item. 3. Unit projects shall be divided according to the industrial furnace masonry project of an independent production system. When there is only one sub-item in a unit project, the sub-item is a unit project.
Note: In an independent production system, when the masonry volume of the industrial furnace is less than 500m2, the industrial furnace masonry project can be regarded as a sub-item together with other building installation projects as a unit project. Section 2 Grades of Quality Inspection and Assessment
Article 2.2.1 The quality of the sub-items, sub-divisions and unit projects of this standard shall be divided into two grades: "qualified" and "excellent". Article 2.2.2 The quality grade of sub-projects shall comply with the following provisions: I. Qualified:
1. Guaranteed projects must comply with the provisions of this standard; 2. Each spot check of the basic project shall comply with the qualified provisions of the standard; Engineering Construction Standard Full-text Information System

3. Allowable Error Among the points of the spot check of the project, 80% or more of the measured values are within the allowable error range of this standard (the measured values of the key items must all be within the allowable error range of this standard), and the remaining measured values should also basically meet the allowable error provisions of this standard.
II. Excellent:
1. Guaranteed projects must comply with the provisions of this standard; 2. Each spot check of basic items shall meet the qualified requirements of this standard, and 60% or more of them meet the excellent requirements, which is excellent, and the number of excellent items shall account for 60% or more of the inspection items;
3. Among the points of the allowable error items, 90% or more of the measured values are within the allowable error range of this standard (the measured values of key items must all be within the allowable error range of this standard), and the remaining actual values should also basically meet the allowable error requirements of this standard.
Article 2.2.3 The quality level of the sub-project shall meet the following requirements: 1. Qualified: The quality of all sub-projects is qualified; 2. Excellent: The quality of all sub-projects is qualified, and 60% or more of them are excellent (must include the designated main sub-projects). Article 2.2.4 The quality level of unit projects shall comply with the following provisions: 1. Qualified:
