4.5 The rubber sheet should be able to withstand the voltage required for the electric spark pinhole test. 5 Test method
5.1 The specifications and dimensions of the rubber sheet shall be inspected in accordance with the following provisions. 5.1.1 The thickness of the rubber sheet shall be measured with a thickness gauge. The foot diameter of the thickness gauge is 10mm, the applied pressure is 10kPa, and the reading is accurate to 0.01mm. When measuring, 10 points are evenly taken horizontally at a distance of not less than 200mm from the end of the rubber sheet, and the measurement results are taken as the arithmetic mean. 5.1.2 The length and width of the rubber sheet are measured with a tape measure, and the reading is accurate to 1mm. The width measurement is taken at 3 points from the end, and the distance between each point is not less than 1m. The measurement results are taken as the arithmetic mean.
5.2 The appearance quality of the rubber sheet is inspected by visual inspection and corresponding measuring tools. 5.3 The vulcanization characteristics of the rubber sheet are inspected according to the method specified in GB9869. 5.4 The elongation and permanent deformation test of the rubber sheet after natural vulcanization is carried out according to the method specified in HG4-859. 5.5 The physical and chemical performance tests listed in Table 3 are carried out according to the following provisions. 5.5.1 The hardness test is carried out according to the method specified in GB531. 5.5.2 The tensile strength and elongation at break tests are carried out according to the method specified in GB528. 5.5.3 The wear resistance test shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB1689. 5.5.4 The test of the adhesive strength between the rubber sheet and the metal (tensile method) shall be carried out in accordance with GB11211; the 90° peel strength test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB7760. For the test at a test temperature of 50-60°C, the sample shall be preheated at the specified temperature for 10±1min. 5.5.5 The liquid resistance test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1690. 5.6 The insulation test of the rubber sheet shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of relevant standards. 6 Acceptance rules
6.1 The rubber sheet shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4 and a quality certificate shall be issued before it can be shipped out of the factory. The quality certificate shall include the following contents:
Product name, specification, quantity, grade, batch number and production date; a.
Implementation standard code;
Specific gravity of the rubber sheet;
. Manufacturer's name and trademark;
Inspection mark,
6.2 The specifications and appearance quality of the rubber sheet shall be inspected 100%. 6.3 The vulcanization characteristics test of the rubber sheet shall be conducted with 0.5t as a batch and sampled batch by batch. If there is any failure to meet the requirements of 4.2, double samples shall be taken from the same batch of rubber sheets for retest. If there is still failure to meet the requirements, the product shall be regarded as unqualified. 6.4 The inspection of 1~3 items of the physical and chemical properties specified in Table 3 shall be conducted with 5t as a batch and 4~6 items shall be conducted with 10t as a batch. If there is any failure to meet the requirements of the corresponding grade, the product shall be inspected in descending order from the superior grade. If there is still any failure when it is downgraded to the qualified grade, double samples shall be taken from the same batch of rubber materials for retest of the unqualified items. If there is still any failure in the retest or one sample, the product shall be regarded as unqualified. 6.5'The fixed elongation permanent deformation test specified in 4.3 of this standard, the liquid resistance tests 7 and 8 specified in Table 3 and the insulation test specified in 4.5 are type inspection items. 7·Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The rubber sheet is rolled on the core shaft with plastic film or padding as the isolation layer and suspended in the packaging box. The weight of each box shall not exceed ·80kg.7.2 Each packaging box shall be accompanied by a product card indicating the product name, specification, quantity, grade, batch number and production date, and the inspection pass stamp. The packaging box shall be marked with the sign of "Do not put it upside down\". 7.3 During transportation and storage, the temperature of the rubber sheet shall be kept below 10℃. It is prohibited to contact with organic solvents such as gasoline and kerosene and substances harmful to rubber such as acids and alkalis. Keep it clean and avoid squeezing. HG2180—91
7.4 In compliance with 7.3, the effective shelf life of the rubber sheet is 6 months from the date of production. HG2180--91
