Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T6801-93 Technical Conditions for Pressure Gauge Dampers Published on July 9, 1993 Implemented on January 1, 1994 Published by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical Conditions for Pressure Gauge Dampers This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, marking and packaging of pressure gauge dampers. JB/T6801-93 This standard applies to pressure gauge dampers (hereinafter referred to as dampers) whose measured medium is liquid and whose maximum working pressure is not more than 100MPa. 2 Reference standards General technical conditions for instrument packaging ZBY003 3 Terms Decrement ratio: The ratio of the actual indicated pressure change amplitude of the instrument to the input pressure change amplitude. Pulsation error: The difference between the median of the actual indicated pressure change range of the instrument and the median of the input pressure change range. 4 Product classification The maximum working pressure of the damper is: 10;16;25;40;60;100MPa 4.2 The internal thread of the damper and the pressure gauge joint is: M14×1.5;M20×1.5. 4.3 The external thread of the damper joint is: M14×1,5;M20×1.5;R1.5;R2. 4.4 If there are special requirements for the product, it can be implemented according to the order contract. 5 Technical requirements 5.1 Reduction ratio 5.1.1 The minimum adjustment range of the reduction ratio of the adjustable damper should be continuously adjustable between 0.05 and 0.8, and there should be no jamming or loosening. 5.1.2 The reduction ratio of the non-adjustable damper shall not exceed 0.55.2 Stabilitybzxz.net The reduction ratio of the damper should be stable. When the reduction ratio value is stable, its change shall not exceed 0.2 times of the value. 5.3 Pulsation error The pulsation error of the damper shall not exceed 2% of its maximum working pressure value. 5.4 Overload The damper should be able to withstand an overload of 1.5 times the maximum working pressure value, and there should be no leakage. 5.5 Additional devices In order to avoid clogging of the damper, a filtering device or an isolation device can be added. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 9, 1993 Implementation on January 1, 1994 5.6 Appearance JB/T6801-93 The visible part of the damper shall be free of obvious flaws and scratches, and the thread of the joint shall be free of obvious burrs and damage. All signs, numbers, words and symbols shall be clear and correct. 6 Test method 6.1 Conditions 6.1.1 The accuracy grade of the pressure gauge used for testing is generally 0.4, and the measuring range shall match the use range of the damper value. 6.1.2 Test medium: medicinal sesame oil. 6.1.3 The ambient temperature of the test is 20±5℃. 6.1.4·Test system diagram: Deadline: 6.2 Reduction ratio test Pressure gauge; :2, 4- Damper Construct the test system according to the requirements of 6:1.4, and connect its input end to a pressure alternating load machine that can generate a sinusoidal waveform with a frequency of 60±5 times/min, and apply a pulsating pressure with a median value of 50% of the maximum working pressure and a pulsating amplitude of 15% of the maximum working pressure. 6.2.1 Adjust the adjustable damper within the adjustable range, with the reduction ratio from small to large, and then from large to small for three consecutive cycles. Observe whether the damper is stuck or loose, and examine the maximum and minimum values of the reduction ratio in one of the cycles. 6.2.2 Examine the reduction ratio of the non-adjustable damper. 6.3 Stability test Under the test conditions of 6.2, subject the damper to alternating load for 30 minutes, and examine the change in the reduction ratio between the 20th minute and the 30th minute. During the test, the reduction ratio of the adjustable damper should be adjusted to a fixed value between 0.03 and 0.35 for testing. 6.4 Pulsation error test Under the test conditions of 6.3, examine the difference between the median of the pressure change range before and after damping. 6.5 Overload test Apply the load to the damper at the pressure value specified in 5.4. After reaching the specified pressure value, maintain it for 5 minutes and observe whether there is leakage. Open the valve of the adjustable damper to the maximum during the test, and inspect it according to 6.2.1 after the test. 6.6 Inspection of additional devices Visual inspection. 6.7 Appearance inspection Visual inspection. 7\Inspection rules 7.1 Factory inspection 7.1.1 Inspection items a. Reduction ratio: b. Overload; c. Appearance. 7.1.2 Sampling and judgment rules JB/T6801-93 The factory inspection department shall inspect the dampers one by one according to the factory inspection items. When a damper has one item that is unqualified, it shall be judged as an unqualified product and shall not be shipped out of the factory. Only dampers that have all qualified factory inspection items can be judged as qualified products and can only be shipped with product certificates. 7.2 Type test 7.2.1 Inspection items In the following cases, the damper shall be subjected to type test according to all technical requirements of this standard. a. Trial production of new products; b. Regular inspection of dampers produced in batches; c. When there are major changes in design, process, materials, etc.; d. When a damper that has been stopped for more than one year is produced again. 7.2.2 Sampling and judgment rules In the two cases of a and c in 7.2.1, three units of the trial samples should be randomly selected as the inspected products; in the two cases of h and d in 7.2.1, four units should be randomly selected from the same batch of products as the inspected products. The inspected product will pass the type test only when each unit meets the requirements of the specified inspection items. If there is a product that fails to meet the requirements of only one item, it will fail the inspection for a and c, and double the samples for b and d for re-testing. After the inspection, the batch of products will pass the type test only when all the inspected products meet all the inspection items, otherwise it will not pass. 8 Marking and packaging 8.1 Dampers should generally be marked with: a, maximum working pressure; b. Manufacturer name or trademark; c. Date of manufacture. 8.2 The damper packaging should be packaged in accordance with the provisions of ZBY003, and the packaging protection type shall be determined by the manufacturer.
