Some standard content:
QB/T 24351999 This standard has revised ZBY20002-1989 Determination of sieve residue of daily-use porcelain clay and glaze slurry (this standard was issued by the State Light Industry Bureau [19997112] and converted to QBT3566--1999, and its content is consistent with ZBY20002--1989). This standard has adjusted and unified the name and weighing device of the standard according to scientific and applicable requirements. From the date of implementation of this standard, the professional standard ZBY20002-1989 Determination of sieve residue of daily-use ceramic clay and glaze slurry issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry will be invalid. This standard is proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Ceramic Standardization Center. The drafting unit of this standard is: China Light Industry Association Ceramic Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are: Shen Wei, Tong Yuying and Chen Benxing. 285 1 Scope Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Determination of Sieve Residue of Daily-use Ceramic Raw Materials This standard specifies the basic requirements and methods for wet determination of sieve residue of daily-use ceramic raw materials. QB/T2435—1999 Replaces QB/T3566—1999 This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of sieve residue of daily-use ceramic raw materials with a particle diameter of more than 63um. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards are subject to revision, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T5000—1985 Terminology of daily-use ceramics GB/T6003--1985 Test sieves QB/T2434--1999 Determination of moisture content of daily-use ceramic raw materials 3 Samples and equipment 3.1 Samples The sample should be representative, and the sampling volume should not be less than 500g. 3.2 Equipment a) A constant temperature drying oven: b) A balance with a sensitivity of not less than 0.001g; c) Two 100mL porcelain evaporating bloods; d) A standard test sieve; e) A dryer. 4 Basic requirements for determination a) The water used is clean fresh water; b) The test sieve used must comply with the provisions of GB/T6003; c) The moisture content of the sample shall be determined according to the method of QB/T2434; d) The same sample shall be determined twice. All weighings shall be accurate to 0.001g. 5 Determination steps 5.1 First soak the test sieve with water, stir the sample evenly, weigh about 150g and put it all in the sieve, and the mass of the sample is ml. Then rinse with water until the water is clear. After sieving, use a small amount of water to move all the sieve materials to a constant weight evaporating dish, and carefully pour out the upper clear water after precipitation. 5.2 Put the sieve materials into a constant temperature drying oven and dry them at a temperature of 105℃~110℃, take them out and place them in a dryer to cool for 30 minutes, and weigh them. Then put the sieve residue in a drying oven and dry it for 30 minutes, then cool it in a dryer for 30 minutes and weigh it. Repeat this process until the difference between the two weighings is no more than 0.002g. Record the mass of the sieve residue after constant weight m2. Approved by the State Bureau of Light Industry on May 6, 1999 TTiKAoNi KAca- 199912-01 for implementation Measurement result calculation The sample sieve residue S is calculated according to formula (1). - sample mass + g, In the formula: m: QB/T.2435—1999 m;(1-w) ×100wwW.bzxz.Net S(%) = The mass of the sieve residue after constant weight is named, The moisture content of the sample. The parallel tolerance of two tests shall not be greater than 0.2%, otherwise the sample shall be re-tested. The result shall be reported as the average value of the two tests. Report The test report shall include the following contents: a) Sample name and status; b) Test sieve aperture used: c) Sample moisture content; d) Test time; e) Sample sieve residue.
