This standard specifies the parameters, technical requirements, test methods, accuracy inspection and inspection rules of the core shooting machine with mobile head. The replacement of the core shooting machine shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ50(011. 4. The purchased and outsourced parts of the core shooting machine shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. The lathe manufactured by B method shall not have casting defects such as sand limit, pores and cracks that affect the working performance and appearance. 4.9 The tolerance of the added parts shall comply with the requirements of the m-level tolerance specified in R/T1S04. 4.19 Load operation requirements

4.10.1 The closing, opening and core-removing mechanisms of the sand injection process should be tight and should not yield or cause any loss. 4.19,2 The movement of the injection head moving mechanism should be smooth and pushable at the beginning and end, without obvious impact, and should be in place slowly. The moving parts of the mold opening and core ejection should be smooth, flexible and reliable, and should not cause any obstruction or skew. 4.19.3
4.19,4 The movement of the sand adding opening and closing device should be flexible. 5.1 The cleanliness is determined by the force method specified in JR/T5365.1. 5.2 Idle operation test method
3.3.1 The idle operation time of the core-shooting machine should not be less than 4h5.2.2 After the single movement of the moving parts in the manual test is normal, the automatic cycle test should be carried out. 5.2.3 The noise of the radiator shall be determined according to the method of 6331.2. 5.2.4 Determination of bearing temperature rise After 1 hour of continuous idling, use a spot thermometer to measure the external temperature of the bearing seat and add 3 correction values, which is the maximum temperature rise of the bearing. The difference between the maximum shaft temperature and the ambient temperature is 5.3 Load operation test method 5.3. Before load operation test, a load operation test should be carried out first. The idling time should be less than 4 hours. 5.3.2 After the process is adjusted, the process parameters of each sequence should be adjusted. Under the specified load compensation conditions, 20 sand cores should be continuously shot. S. 3. 3 Determination of automatic working time Under the rated load conditions, measure the time when the core shooting machine is screened once, for a total of three times. Take the average of the three times, which is the operating time of the core shooting machine. 5.4 Precision inspection 5.4.1 Before the precision inspection, a preliminary adjustment should be carried out. 6.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in the following cases: a) New production or transfer of old products!
