4.2 The rubber surface of the glue coating roller shall not be damaged, and the hardness of the vulcanized rubber (Shore) shall be 84-86 degrees; the glue coating roller shall be inspected and measured before the groove processing, and its radial runout shall not exceed 0.05 mm. 4.3 The outer surface roughness R of the contact roller shall not exceed 0.8μm. 4.4 The adjustment of the rubber roller lifting and the distance between the rubber roller and the contact roller shall be flexible and reliable. 4.5 After the upper and lower rubber rollers are assembled, the parallelism of their axes shall not exceed 1000:0.5; the parallelism of the up and down movement of the rubber roller shall not exceed 0.07mm. 4.6 The Ra value of the outer surface roughness of the rubber roller shall not exceed 1.6um. 4.7 After the machine tool runs continuously at no-load for 1h, the temperature of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 70℃, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃; the temperature of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 60℃, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 30℃.
4.8 The amount of glue applied on the board surface shall be uniform, and the uniformity tolerance shall not exceed 15g/m2. 4.9 The conveyor roller shall be flexible in up and down adjustment and forward and reverse rotation. 4.10 The installation of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5226. Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 8, 1992, and implemented on February 1, 1993
QB/T 1528--1992
4.11 The exposed machined surface shall not have defects such as rust, bruises, burrs, etc. 4.12 The quality of assembly, painting, and packaging shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842. 4.13 The purchased parts and standard parts used in machine tools shall comply with the current standards and be accompanied by product certificates to ensure reliable performance. 5 Test methods
5.1 Geometric accuracy inspection of machine tools
See Table 2 for geometric accuracy.
Inspection items
Inspection method
Touch the outer circumference of the roller with the dry meter contact, and measure the radial runout of the rubber coating roller.
Rotate the roller by hand, and the maximum difference in the readings is the measuring value.
Parallelism of the upper and lower rubber coating roller axes
Parallelism of the upper and lower movement of the rubber coating roller
5.2 Inspection of machine tool working accuracyWww.bzxZ.net
See Table 3 for working accuracy.
Inspection items
Evenness of glue coating
For a fixed value, at least three positions should be measured at the center and both ends of the roller
Move the spacing between the upper and lower glue roller shafts to the maximum, place a flat ruler in the vertical direction of the upper and lower roller shafts, and then place a precision level on it for measurement. The difference between the readings at the left and right ends of the roller shaft is the measured value
Use an internal micrometer to measure the distance between the two ends of the roller when the roller spacing is moved from zero to 20mm. The difference is the measured value
Inspection method
Overlap two veneers under the same conditions and pass them through the center and both ends of the glue roller at the same time, and measure the quality of each piece before and after glue coating. The difference between the maximum and minimum values of the three passes is the measured value
5.3 The appearance quality shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.11 and 4.12 of this standard. 5.4 No-load test
5.4.1 The machine tool should be ready for operation, and the operation start and stop should be carried out in accordance with the instruction manual prepared by the manufacturer. 5.4.2 Start and stop 10 times continuously to test the reliability of the action. 5.4.3 There should be no abnormal vibration after continuous operation for 1 hour. 5.4.4 No-load operation, the sound pressure level of the noise shall not exceed 75dB (A). 5.4.5 The electrical system should be safe and reliable when working. 5.5 Load test
15g/m2
QB/T 1528—1992
5.5.1 The load test can only be carried out after the no-load test is passed. 5.5.2 The test piece is taken from the same tree species, with a size of about 0.3m×0.6m, and the thickness and moisture content are uniform, and the surface is smooth. 5.5.3 The working accuracy of the machine tool shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.2 of this standard. 5.5.4 Load test is generally carried out in the manufacturer, and in the user's factory when necessary. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Each machine tool must be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer's inspection department in accordance with this standard before it can be shipped, and it must be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product.
6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection must be carried out in any of the following situations: when trial-producing new products or remodeling and appraising old products, a.
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; b.
c. When the national quality supervision agency proposes to conduct type inspection. 6.2.2 Type inspection is all technical requirements specified in this standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Each machine tool shall have a product nameplate fixed in a conspicuous position. The type and requirements of the nameplate shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8. 7.2 The packaging, transportation and storage of machine tools shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842 and GB/T191, and the export products shall comply with the provisions of JB/T1471.
