Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type, size, technical requirements and selection regulations of reflection glass plate liquid level gauge with a nominal pressure of 4.0MPa1. 0. 1
. The nominal pressure of this standard is 4. 0MPs, and the operating temperature is 0~250℃; when the operating temperature exceeds 200C, the maximum allowable (impact-free) operating pressure shall be determined in Table 1.0.3 of HG21588-95#5 standard.
The corrosion margin in this standard shall be as specified in Table 1.0.2. 1.0.2

Structural type, basic parameters and dimensions
The structural types of this standard are two types of liquid level gauges: "bottom with valve" and "bottom with screw plug", which are respectively "ordinary type" and "insulation type". The parameters and dimensions are shown in Table 3.0.1 and Figure 3.0.1. 3.0.2 The glass plate is in accordance with QB776-80 "Glass plate and glass tube for liquid level gauge" standard, and the specification number is R280.

Should comply with HG 21588-95 {Glass Plate Liquid Level Gauge Standard Series and Technical Requirements》.
Selection Regulations
Flange size and type for external connection
The nominal diameter of the flange is DN20 or 3/4\. 5.1.1
5.1.2The flange types are A, B and C, and their connection dimensions are as follows: Type A: Raised face flange (RF), according to HGJ50-91, PN6.3 Type B: Raised face flange (M), according to HGJ 51-91, PN6.3; Type C: Raised face flange (RF), according to ANSIB16.5W.N.300#. 5.2
This standard uses flexible graphite composite gaskets. Users can choose to replace materials with a preload pressure less than or equal to 48.5MPa and a gasket coefficient m less than or equal to 2 according to operating conditions and medium characteristics, but it must be indicated in the assembly drawing of the equipment. 5.3 Marking and specifications
Marking regulations and examples shall comply with the relevant regulations in HG21588-95. 5.3.2 Liquid level gauges of various specifications in this standard shall be selected according to Table 5.3.2 and indicated in the details column of the equipment assembly drawing.
