The bottom welding materials of fillet weld and plug weld hole shall be selected according to the transition layer welding rod of HGJ15 "Provisions for the Selection of Materials for Steel Chemical Containers", and the surface layer welding materials shall be selected according to the cover surface welding rod, see the provisions of Table 4.0.2. The height of the fillet weld leg is equal to the peripheral thickness of the lining layer, and the plug weld should be full. Other sizes of inspection holes can also be opened according to the manufacturing conditions. 4.0.4 The limit deviation of the lining single layer thickness t is -1 mm.
