1.0.2 The division of sub-items, sections and unit projects of long-distance communication telephone exchange equipment installation project shall comply with the provisions of SY4024-93 "General Rules for Quality Inspection and Assessment of Oil Construction Projects", and the names of sub-items, sections and unit projects shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.0.2.
1.0.3 While implementing this standard, the provisions of SY4024-193 "General Standards for Quality Inspection and Assessment of Petroleum Construction Projects" shall also be observed. 1.0.4 The main quality indicators and requirements of this standard are based on YDI41-86 "Technical Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Long-distance Telephone Exchange Equipment Installation Projects" (hereinafter referred to as the specifications).
1.0.5 The quality assurance data for long-distance telephone exchange equipment installation projects shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A of this standard.
1.0.6 The measuring instruments and meters used in the inspection and assessment shall be within the validity period of the calibration. The names, specifications and models of the tools and meters shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B of this standard. 2

2.1 Basic items
2.1.1 The quality requirements for the construction conditions of the machine room and the exchange room, as well as their inspection methods and specified scores shall comply with Table 2.1.1.

The cable should not be broken or mixed, and the plastic sheath and core wire should be free of degradation, deformation, twisting and wrinkling
The insulation resistance of the cable core should not be less than 20M per kilometer. The specifications of terminal boards and welding wire plugs should meet the design requirements, and the tin plating should be intact.
