1 Subject content and scope of applicationwwW.bzxz.Net
This standard specifies the test procedures, severity levels and basic requirements for test chambers (rooms) of the steady state damp heat test. This standard is applicable to determine the adaptability of electrical and electronic products, parts, materials, etc. to use and store under steady damp heat conditions. 2 Reference standards
(I32421 General test procedures for basic environmental testing of electric and electronic products GB24222 Terminology of basic environmental testing procedures for electric and electronic products GB2424.2 Guidelines for damp heat testing of basic environmental testing procedures for electric and electronic products 3 Requirements for test chambers (rooms)
3.1 The working space should be equipped with sensors to monitor temperature and humidity conditions. 3.2 The temperature in the working space should be maintained at 40±2°C and the relative humidity should be maintained at 93%±1%. The temperature tolerance (±2) specified in this standard takes into account the absolute error of measurement, the slow change of temperature and the uniformity of temperature in the working space, that is, the temperature difference in the working space. In order to keep the relative humidity tolerance (%) specified in this standard within the required range, the temperature difference between any two points in the working space at any instant should be It should not be greater than 1°C, and short-term temperature fluctuations must also be kept within a small range. 3.3 Condensed water should be continuously discharged from the working case, and the card shall not be used again after purification. 3.4 When using the potting method that directly contacts water to generate humidity, the resistivity of water should be maintained at not less than 500α·m during the test. 3.5 The temperature and humidity in the working space should be uniform and as consistent as possible with the conditions at the temperature and humidity sensor. 3.6 The characteristics of the test sample and the electrical load should not significantly affect the temperature and humidity conditions in the working space. 3.7 Condensed water on the inner wall and top of the test box (room) should not drip onto the test sample. 4 Severity level
In this standard, the test severity level is determined by the test duration. The relevant standards should select the severity level from the following durations:
Adoption instructions!
11 IEC 68-2-3 (1969) No. 2d.
Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on November 19, 1993 and implemented on July 1, 1994
2.4, 10, 21, 56d.
5 Test procedure
5.1 Initial test
GB/T2423.3—93
Perform an appearance inspection on the test sample and test its electrical and mechanical properties in accordance with the provisions of the relevant standards. 5.2 Condition test
5.2.1 Place the unpackaged and unpowered test sample in the working space of the test chamber (room) in the "ready to use" state in the normal working position or in the state specified in the relevant standards. 5.2.2 Raise the temperature of the working space to 40°C without humidification. Preheat the test sample, and humidify it after the test sample reaches a stable temperature to avoid condensation on the test sample. 5.2.3 After the temperature and relative humidity in the working space reach the specified value and stabilize, start calculating the test duration. 5.3 Intermediate testing
5.3.1 During or at the end of the conditional test, the relevant standards may require the test sample to be loaded and (or) measured, and specify the measurement time and measurement items.
5.3.2 During the intermediate test, it is not allowed to move the test sample out of the test box (room), and it is not allowed to measure during the recovery. 5.3.3 If you want to know the performance of this type of test sample before the end of the conditional test, you must add another group of test samples for each specific test time, and the recovery and final testing of each group of samples should be carried out separately. 5.4 Recovery
5.4.1 At the end of the conditional test, the test sample should be restored under the conditions of Article 5.3 of GB2421 for no less than 1 hour, but no more than 2 hours; for test products with a large thermal time constant, the recovery time should be long enough to allow the temperature to stabilize. 5.4.2 According to the characteristics of the test sample and the conditions of the laboratory, the test sample can also be left in the test box (case) for recovery, or in another test box (room) for recovery. When left in the test box (room) for recovery, the relative humidity should be reduced to 75% ± 3% within 0.5h, and then the temperature should be adjusted to meet the requirements of Article 5.4.1 of GB 2421 within 0.5h, and the temperature tolerance is ± 2℃. When transferring to another test box (room) for recovery, the time for transferring the test sample should be as short as possible, and the longest should not exceed 5min. 5.4.3 The relevant standards should indicate whether it is necessary to take special measures to remove moisture from the surface of the test sample. 5.4.4 If the recovery conditions of the above standards are not applicable to the test samples, the relevant standards may provide other recovery conditions. 5.5 Final test
5.5.1 In accordance with the requirements of the relevant standards, the appearance of the test samples shall be inspected and their electrical and mechanical properties shall be tested. 5.5.2 The test work shall be carried out immediately after the recovery phase. The parameters most sensitive to humidity changes shall be measured first. Unless otherwise specified in the relevant standards, all parameters shall be measured within 30 minutes. 6 Details to be specified when citing this standard
When the relevant standards adopt this test method, the following items shall be specified: e
Pretreatment procedure
Initial test
State of the test sample when placed in the test box (chamber) d, Severity level
e: Whether the electrical load is sufficient during the condition test
Adoption instructions:
