3.1 Reducer type and overall dimensions

4.1.1 The reducer shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The raw materials and standard parts used shall comply with the provisions of relevant national standards and industry standards. The purchased accessories must have the manufacturer's certificate of conformity.
4.1.3 The driving mill shall be able to operate continuously within the rated load range, and the starting load shall be less than 2.5 times the rated load. 4.1.4 The shaft speed of the reducer shall not exceed the value specified in Table 2. The working environment temperature-- 40 (+ 45 (. When the ambient temperature is lower than 15 (, a heating device shall be added; when it is higher than 35C, a cooling device shall be added. 4.1.5 The efficiency of the reducer at full load shall not be less than 96%. 4.1.6 The design life of the reducer shall not be less than 15 years. 4.1.7 The temperature rise of the lubricating oil in the reducer body shall not be higher than 35 (, and the overflow of the bearing shall not be higher than 45 (. 4.1.8

The surface roughness of the sealing part and the positioning joint surface is Ru3.2m. 4.2 Technical requirements for manufacturing main parts
4.2.1 The welded parts of the machine body and the machine cover shall be manufactured in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5000.3. 4.2.2

Each weld shall be tested for leakage and no oil leakage shall be allowed. Stress shall be eliminated after welding and shot blasting shall be performed. New products produced for the first time shall be subjected to type test, which requires operation at rated speed and 30% rated load for 100 hours; 1) At rated speed and 60% rated load, operation for 150 hours; at rated speed and 100% rated load, operation for 75 hours. It can also be carried out through 1 industry test at the use site.
The test should meet the following requirements:
a) There shall be no oil leakage at the sealing and joint surfaces; b) The efficiency of the reducer shall meet the requirements of 4.1.5; c) The temperature rise of the lubricating oil in the reducer body and the bearing temperature rise shall meet the requirements of 4.1.7; d) The reducer runs smoothly and normally, and the noise shall meet the requirements of 4.1.8; e) The unidirectional amplitude of the reducer shall meet the requirements of 4.1.9. 5.3 Acceptance

6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each reducer should have a product label fixed in a prominent position, and its type and size should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306: The label content includes:

b) Name and model;
c) Total transmission ratio:
d) Rated input power;
() Maximum input speed;
f) Weight;

6.2 The reducer shall be packaged and shipped according to the delivery list and packing list. 6.3 During packaging, all painted surfaces and non-painted surfaces of each part shall be coated with anti-rust oil. The shaft extension part and the coupling part shall be packed in plastic before oiling to prevent rust and damage. The anti-corrosion method shall ensure that the reducer is free from rust within 1 year. 6.4 Drawings and technical documents supplied with the machine: a) General drawing of the reducer:
