Some standard content:
QB/T 2443—1999
This standard is based on the requirements of the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision to clean up and rectify national standards. The original national standard GB10633--1989 "Steel Ruler" was changed to an industry standard (this standard was issued by the State Light Industry Bureau [1999] No. 112 and converted to QB/T3859-1999, the content is the same as before). The main contents of this revision are: in terms of product specifications, the width of the tape measure has been appropriately expanded, and the thickness has been modified accordingly. In terms of product technical requirements, the straight length and line scale of the tape have been appropriately adjusted and modified according to actual needs, and have been improved on the original basis, approaching the international level. In terms of inspection rules, on the basis of ensuring the improvement of product quality qualification rate, various regulations have been appropriately adjusted.
This standard was revised with reference to the relevant requirements of the International Organization of Legal Metrology (OIML) No. 35 International Recommendation "Common Length Measuring Tools".
This standard cancels the "Appendix A\| Grade Steel Tape Indication Error" in the original GB10633-1989. This standard will replace QB/T3859-1999 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are: Shanghai Tool Industry Research Institute, Shanghai Tape Factory, Ningbo Changcheng Precision Tape Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Zhanhua Tools Co., Ltd.
The main drafters of this standard are: Yang Hanlin, Chen Lihai, Cheng Yongfeng, Liu Futing, and Weng Yinchu. 727
