Subject Content and Scope of Application
1. 0.1 This standard specifies the structural type, size, technical requirements and selection provisions of the transparent glass plate liquid level gauge with a nominal pressure of 6.3 MPa. The nominal pressure of this standard is 6.3MPa, and the operating temperature is 0~250℃; when the operating temperature exceeds 200℃, the maximum allowable (non-impact) operating pressure shall be determined according to Table 1.0.3 of HG21588-95 standard.

The structural types recommended in this standard are two types of liquid level gauges: "bottom with valve" and "bottom with screw plug", which are respectively "ordinary type" and "insulation type". The parameters and dimensions are shown in Table 3.0.1 and Figure 3.0.1. 3.0.2 The glass plate is in accordance with the standard QB 776-80 Glass Plate and Glass Tube for Liquid Level Gauge, with specification number T280.

5. 1 Flange size and type for external connection The nominal diameter of the flange is DN20 or 3/4″. 5. 1. 1
The flange types are A, B and C. The connection dimensions are as follows: 5. 1. 2
Type A, raised face flange (RF), according to HGJ 50-91, PN6.3 (10); Type B; raised face flange (M), according to HGJ 51-91, PN6. 3(10); C-type sinus flange (RF), according to ANSIB16.5W.N.600#. 5.2
This standard uses dyed graphite composite gaskets. Users can choose to replace materials with preload pressure less than or equal to 48.5MPa and gasket coefficient m less than or equal to 2 according to operating conditions and medium characteristics, but they must be noted in the equipment assembly drawing. 5.3 Marking, specifications
Marking regulations and examples should comply with the relevant regulations in HG21588-95 standard 3.3.1
