NCS 47.020.50 Series No.:7724—2000 Ship Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China CB/T3845—2000 Replaces CB/T 3845—1999 Ship cross bollards Ship cross btts. Published on September 20, 2000 Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense Implementation on January 1, 2001 CB/T3845--2000 This standard is the most suitable for CB/T 384-1999 frame clip chain. CB/T3845-1999 was directly adjusted from GB10106-88 in June 1999, according to the notice of the Standardization Department of the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on the abolition of professional standards and the national standards that should be converted after the cleanup and rectification, and the notice of the General Company of China on the transformation of relevant national standards for shipbuilding special standards into industry standards. This revision was compiled with reference to the structural types of Japanese JISF2804-19B2+ and British BSMA12 Part 2, and the column size was determined according to the specifications of the existing non-relay pipes in my country. According to the general situation and requirements of Chinese ships, this standard has been modified as follows: a) The base structure has been added; b) Type A and B in the original standard have been cancelled; and the diameter of the 6×30 cable has been deleted. This standard is made with reference to the requirements of GB/T554-1986 and GB/T558-1983. This standard replaces CB/T 3B45-1999 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is a reminder appendix. This standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Super Ship Equipment and the implementation of this standard is under the jurisdiction of Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd. The drafting unit of this standard: Dalian Ship Selection and Shipbuilding Corporation Comprehensive Technology and Economic Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Ye, Ziwu and Zhang Jisheng. This standard was first issued in December 1988. It was directly adjusted to an industry standard in June 1999. CB/T 3845--2000 This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings of general cross-section piles (hereinafter referred to as cross-section piles). This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of cross-section piles for ship mooring and cargo pipe fixing. 2 Classification 2.1 Structural type and basic dimensions The structural type and basic dimensions of cross-section piles shall be in accordance with the following standards: 1. K Explanation 1. The contraction form and size of the cross-shaped combustion column. Nominal maximum breaking load kN 2.2 Climbing index CB/T 3845--2000 Basic size of piles Suitable for large diameter of cable fuel 250×250 300×800 380×380 480×480 550×550 Cross-shaped pile with nominal true diameter of 150mm. Ten-dimensional pile 150 CB/T3845-2000 3 Requirements 3.1 The materials for pile components are shown in Table 2. Fiber sintering Capsule 2 The main components of piles Hand-made installation boundary Vertical pile and horizontal pile Lining, support plate, bottom plate Seamless solution Periodic structural period Periodic structural period 3.2 Pile piles can be made directly from keyless steel pipes or steel plates. Material Increase production height A level A delay Standard number GB/T 8162~1999 GB712-2000 GB 712-2000 3.3 When the pile is welded with steel plates, there shall be no more than two butt welds for each diameter of the pile. After welding, the weld shall be leveled. 3.4 The chain of the pile shall not have diffuse explosion, insufficient throat thickness and double thickness. 3.5 The bottom of the pile after shear welding shall have two degrees of climbing 3.6 The manufacturing size deviation of the cable pile is: a) The outer diameter of the pile shall be less than +1%D (D is the diameter of the chain column); b) The roundness is less than 2mm1 C) The verticality of the cable pile is 3H/1000 (H is the height of the pile). 3.7 The surface of the pile should be smooth, the edges should be smooth, and the welds should be smooth. 2 CB/T 3845-2000 The strength test of the pile diameter can be carried out according to Appendix A (Appendix for reference). 3.8 4 Test method 4.1 Use measuring tools to check the appearance and measure the height and diameter of the pile. 4.2 Use caliper to check the surface quality and welding of the pile. Cracks, bends, molten metal and defects that hinder use are not allowed. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 After the pile is made, it shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer and a certificate of conformity shall be issued. 5.2 Inspection items 5.2.1 Carry out the inspection and measurement of the appearance and dimensions. The inspection shall meet the requirements of 1 and 3.6. 5.2.2 Appearance and welding quality control shall meet the requirements of 3.3 and 3.4. 5.2.3 After acceptance, the outer surface of the pile shall be smooth and uniform. 6. The pile shall be marked with the following: a) manufacturer name or mark b) model and standard number c) inspection seal d) date of manufacture or batch number.
