This standard specifies the type and basic parameters of high-neck flanges for glass equipment. Mainly the dimensions and technical requirements. This standard is applicable to glass equipment with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa and a medium temperature higher than -20 and lower than or equal to 200℃.

Tang glass equipment high neck flange has a nominal positive force of 1.0MP and a nominal diameter of 1000mm. Marked as: High-neck flange FN10DNE000HGT2049--914 Technical requirements
4.1 The material for high-neck flange is selected according to ZBG94004 10, 15 or Q235-A. The chemical composition of Q235-A material shall comply with the provisions of GB700, and the carbon content shall be less than 0.19%. The chemical composition of 10, 75 steel materials shall comply with the provisions of GB699. Mechanical properties are in accordance with Table 2.
4.2 High-neck flanges shall not have shrinkage holes, delamination, cracks, non-metallic inclusions and other defects that can reduce the strength and connection reliability of the flange.
4.3 Except as specified, the precision grade of the tolerance dimension shall be Ir14 grade precision specified in G1804. 4.4 The height II value tolerance of the high-neck cover is ±0.5mm2

4.5 The flange connection card adopts HGT2054, and the gasket adopts TIC/T2050. 4.6 When the high-neck flange is made of steel bending, the following requirements shall also be met. Length, %
4.6.1 Before manufacturing, the flange shall be welded! Technical assessment, welding worker assessment shall be carried out according to JB3964, and welding test plate shall be carried out according to JB1614. 1 Full penetration double-sided butt welding: 4.62 The weld shall be non-destructively inspected, using 100% radiographic flaw detection, and the radiographic flaw detection shall comply with the II level specified in C3323. 4.6,3 The flange butt weld shall be marked. 4. There should be no scratches on the front flange surface, no deep cuts, smooth joints, and no corners.
4.8 The outer edge of the flange should have a nominal pressure mark stamped on it 5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 High-neck flanges should be tied flat in groups.
5.2 Avoid collisions during handling and transportation. 5.3 The product should be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product convenience. 5.4 The product should be stored in an airtight container and not in the open air. 3
