GB 4838--2000
This standard is a revised version based on GB4838-1984 "Emulsion Pesticide Packaging" in combination with the current development status of pesticide packaging in my country. The main points of the revision are as follows.
In Chapter 5 "Technical Requirements for Packaging":
Added requirements for the packaging environment, the packaging process must not pollute the surrounding environment, the preparation before packaging, and the packaged products must be inspected and qualified;
In terms of packaging, added high-density polyethylene fluorinated bottles and their quality requirements; stipulated that small packaging must add medium packaging; supplemented the requirements for packaging measurement deviation and the reserved amount of packaging bottles (barrels). In Chapter 6: "Packaging Marking":
In terms of outer packaging marking, added requirements for the "three certificates" number and warranty period;-label content, added provisions for E-ISO common name, factory address, toxicity mark and product warranty period. In the chapters "Test Methods" and "Packaging Acceptance": - The difficult-to-operate road transport test is cancelled, and the pressure bearing test is changed to a more practical stacking test; - The air tightness and hydraulic pressure tests of large barrels in the package are added. This standard replaces GB4838-1984 from the date of implementation. This standard was first issued in December 1984. This standard was proposed by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry.
