This standard specifies the specifications of concentrated natural rubber latex produced by centrifugal and paste methods that are preserved in whole or in part with ammonia. This standard includes the technical requirements for the following types of centrifugal and paste concentrated natural rubber latex: high ammonia concentrated natural latex, centrifugal concentrated latex preserved only with ammonia after concentration, alkalinity (calculated by latex) of at least 0.6% (m/m); low ammonia concentrated natural latex, centrifugal concentrated latex preserved with ammonia and other preservatives after concentration, alkalinity (calculated by latex) not exceeding 0.29% (m/m); medium ammonia concentrated natural latex, centrifugal concentrated latex preserved with ammonia and other preservatives after concentration, alkalinity (calculated by latex) of at least 0.3% (m/m). High ammonia paste concentrated natural latex, paste concentrated latex preserved only with ammonia after concentration, alkalinity (calculated by latex) of at least 0.55% (m/m). Low ammonia creamed concentrated natural rubber latex, creamed concentrated latex preserved with ammonia and other preservatives after concentration, alkalinity (by latex), not exceeding 0.35% (m/m). This standard applies to concentrated natural latex produced from Hevea brasiliensis latex. Some standard content:
GB/I8289—2001 This standard is in accordance with the national standard IS02004:1997 Liquid Natural Latex Preserved with Ammonia or Chemical Latex The main differences between this standard and the previous version are as follows: This standard is adjusted to a recommended standard: The first scope, added the specifications of the concentrated latex, high-absorption and low-absorption chemical latex, added the definition in Chapter 3: Deleted the two items of color change and odor after neutralization in Table 1 of the previous version. From the date of implementation, this standard replaces GB/T828S·1937. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rubber and Rubber Products. The drafting units of this standard are: South China Tropical Agricultural Products Research Institute, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Food Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center (Zhanjiang). The main drafters of this standard are Ying Maofang, Chen Shengzha, Chen Xiaoguang and Tu Guilan. This standard was first published in July 1937 and revised for the first time in July 2001. This standard is a worldwide federation of international standards bodies (member bodies) that work on international standards. The work of preparing international standards is usually carried out by technical committees of ISO. Any member body that has an interest in the field of the established technical committee has the right to participate in the committee. Governments and non-governmental international organizations that have a relationship with ISO may also participate in this work. ISO works closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all aspects of electrical technical standardization. Draft international standards adopted by the technical committees are submitted to the member bodies for voting. Publication as an international standard requires at least five votes from the member bodies without voting. International Standard ISO 2004 was prepared by Technical Committee 1 of TSO/TC 45 Rubber and Rubber Products, Raw Materials for the Rubber Industry (including latex). This fourth edition of the standard makes a revision to Table 1 of the third edition <ISO 2004:1988>: The odor and color of the rubber after neutralization with benzene acid in the technical requirements are removed because they are only subjective judgments. This standard replaces the third edition. This standard includes the following types of centrifugal and chemical concentrated natural latex: High-hydrogen concentrated natural latex, concentrated centrifugal latex preserved only with oxygen, the purity (calculated as latex) is at least (surface); Low-hydrogen concentrated natural latex, concentrated with ammonia and other preservatives after concentration. The alkalinity (calculated as latex) does not exceed 0.29% (m/m); The alkalinity (calculated as latex) of the final product is not more than 0.29% (m/m); The alkalinity (calculated as latex) of the final product is not more than 0.30% (m/m); High-hydrogen concentrated natural latex, concentrated with ammonia and other preservatives after concentration. latex, alkalinity (calculated by latex) is less than 0.55% (/ low-calculated concentrated natural latex, concentrated natural latex preserved with hydrogen and other preservatives after concentration, alkalinity (calculated by latex) does not exceed 0.5/) This standard is applicable to concentrated latex produced by Brazil Rubber Co., Ltd. 2 Reference standards The provisions contained in the following standards are constituted as provisions of this standard by reference in this standard.
