Foreword
This standard is a reference to JB/T6430--1992 "General Fuel Injection Revision of "Screw Air Compressor". Compared with JB/T6430-1992, the main changes of this standard are as follows: Updated reference standards:
- Modified some provisions, added and adjusted some parameters; for safety aspects Necessary supplements have been made.
This standard replaces JB/T6430-1992.
Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard specifies the general oil-injected screw air compressor (hereinafter referred to as "screw air compressor") ") terms and definitions, symbols, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage requirements. This standard is applicable to drive motors with power of 2.2kW~630kW and rated exhaust pressure of 0.7 (0.8) MPa, 1.0MPa and 1.25MPa general fixed and modified mobile screw air compressors. 4 Model and basic parameters
4.1 The model preparation of screw air compressor should comply with the regulations of JB/T2589—1999. 4.2 The rated exhaust pressure, nominal volumetric flow rate and matching drive motor power of the screw air compressor should comply with the performance parameters specified in Table 1 (1)

When the 5.18 screw air compressor is equipped with a speed-increasing box, the box should be tested for leakage, and there should be no leakage within 2 hours after filling with kerosene. 5.19 The steel pressure vessel of the screw air compressor should comply with the regulations of GB150-1998 and the "Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations". Steel shell and tube heat exchangers should comply with the regulations of GB151-1999. 5.20 The gray cast iron parts of the screw air compressor should comply with the regulations of JB/T6431-1992. Ductile iron castings should comply with the regulations of JB/T9104-1999.
The forgings of screw air compressors should comply with the regulations of JB/T6908-1993. 5.21 | Burrs and bruises. 5.23 Gear material and heat treatment quality inspection should comply with the regulations of GB/T85392000. The gear accuracy is high-precision grade or above. 5.24 The rotor should undergo a dynamic balance test, and its balance accuracy level should not be lower than G6.3. The allowable eccentricity e per unit rotor weight should be determined according to Appendix B according to the rotation speed.
5.25 The outer surfaces of the unit and the sound insulation cover should be painted. The paint film should have certain temperature and corrosion resistance. The paint surface should be smooth, consistent in color, and beautiful. Defects that affect the appearance quality such as unevenness, damage, and peeling paint are not allowed. 4

During this period, if the product is damaged or fails to operate properly due to poor design or manufacturing, the manufacturer shall be responsible for free repair or replacement. 6 Test methods
6.1 The performance test of screw air compressor shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3853-1998. 6.2 The vibration test method of screw air compressor shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6075.1-1999. 6.3 The noise power level of screw air compressor is measured according to the regulations of GB/T4980-1985. When the acoustic environment cannot meet the requirements, the regulations of GB/T7022-1986 shall apply.
6.4 The cleanliness inspection of the screw air compressor is carried out as follows: a) Disassemble the screw air compressor, and use cleaning agent to clean the inside of the main engine, the gear surface, the speed increase box, the oil and gas separator, and the oil filter Inner cavities of main components such as coolers, oil coolers, oil tanks, etc.: filter the cleaning agent with a three-level precision copper wire mesh with a basic mesh size of 0.08mm that complies with the provisions of GB/T5330-1985, and pass it through b)
The impurities obtained after filtration are heated to 80°C and dried for 1 hour. d) The dried residue is weighed with an ordinary balance with an accuracy of not less than level 7. The weighed weight is the cleaning of the screw air compressor. Degree value 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection type

7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 Trial screw air compressors (including new products or old products produced by factory transfer) should undergo type inspection. During type inspection, the continuous operation time at full load should be no less than 500h, of which 48h is a continuous overpressure test with an overpressure of 5%; at the same time, the air inlet temperature should be 40°C and the cooling water inlet temperature should be 30°C for 1h. High temperature test. The chassis part of the mobile unit should also undergo performance testing in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3771-1992.
7.2.2 If the structure, material, and process of a normally produced screw air compressor undergo major changes, which may affect product performance, or when a screw air compressor that has been out of production for a long time resumes production, type inspection shall be carried out. During type inspection, the continuous operation time at full load should be no less than 200h, of which 24h is a continuous overpressure test with an overpressure of 5%.
7.2.3 Normally produced screw air compressors should undergo a type inspection periodically or after accumulating a certain output. During type inspection, the continuous operation time at full load should be no less than 24 hours, of which 4 hours is the overpressure test and the overpressure is 5%. 7.2.4 Contents and requirements of type inspection: a) Check the assembly quality, working conditions and correctness of interaction of each part and component: JB/T 6430-2002

7.3 Sampling inspection
Screw air compressors produced in batches should be subject to sampling inspection. During random inspection, the continuous operation time at full load should be no less than 24 hours. The contents of the sampling inspection are as follows:

The sampling inspection results shall comply with the provisions of this standard and relevant technical documents. If they are unqualified, the manufacturer shall inspect the batch of products one by one and correct the found unqualified products until they comply with the provisions of this standard and relevant technical documents. 7.4 Factory inspection
Each screw air compressor shall be subject to factory inspection by the manufacturer. During factory inspection, the continuous operation time at full load should be no less than 2 hours. The content of the factory inspection is as follows:
