5 Test method
5.1 Test medium
The test medium of the distributor is N69 mechanical oil (except for the individual test medium). The oil supply amount is 13nm./mim.5.2 Principle of the test system

5.3 Dynamic pressure test
User dynamic electric system, adjust the high stop flow valve 5. 5.6 Test of oil supply
5.6.1 Adjust all oil supply to the maximum, without back pressure, and measure the consumption of each oil supply for 10 times. The consumption should meet the requirements of 1.2.1.
5.6.2 Adjust the oil supply rate of all the distributors to the maximum value. Adjust the oil supply rate to 15MPA, and measure each supply port twice. The value should meet the requirements of 4.4.2.
5.7 Function test

When the distributor with limit switch is running, use a meter to measure the contact point at the close position. When the indicating rod is extended and retracted, the corresponding contact point is connected or disconnected.
5.8 Lubrication inspection
Disassemble the distributor, select all the parts that have been oiled by the hot flushing, and pass the hot flushing film through the quantitative filter paper weighed on it at a temperature of 120 for 60m, and then cut the filter paper into a hot flushing machine at a temperature of 120, and take out the hot flushing film and weigh it again. The difference between the amount of filter paper after melting and before delivery is the impurity hair. Its use should comply with the provisions of 4.6 standard.
5.9 life test
The life test of the distributor is carried out on the lock-in working condition test bench. The test medium is grease with a strength of not less than 2 (25): 10gmr. All oil ports of the distributor are oiled to the maximum back pressure. After running 6 times, the oil supply test is carried out according to the provisions of 5.6.1. The method should comply with the provisions of 4.4. <Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection route
Distributor factory inspection is carried out according to 5.A, 5.4.5.5, 5.6.1 and 5.7. 6.2 Type inspection
