1 List of special valves and pipeline accessories
(See Table 1)
This table is filled in item by item according to the different types of special valves and special pipeline accessories. The special features of special valves and special pipeline accessories are that the state and characteristics of the logistics will change after passing through them, such as changes in pressure, changes in logistics state and composition, changes in sound frequency and combustion state; or they have some special functions in normal production operation and safe production. Therefore, they are different from valves and pipeline accessories that are generally only used for opening and connecting. Special valves and pipeline accessories are generally selected or designed after calculation. Special valves include: safety valves, steam traps, pressure reducing valves, breathing valves and other special valves. Special pipeline accessories include: pipeline filters, bursting discs, silencers, flow limiting orifice plates, metal bellows or hoses for special processes, flame arresters, pipeline mixers, eye washers, emergency showers, sight glasses and other special pipeline accessories. Filling in the list: including serial number, number, name, drawing number, pipeline number (equipment position number), main specifications and data sheet drawing number, quantity, remarks and other contents. 1.0.2. Serial number
Arrange in order according to the actual filling order, and generally fill in special valves first. 1.0.3 Number
Fill in the classification code and corresponding serial number of special valves and pipeline accessories. The general filling form is "classification code-serial number".
Generally, SV is used as the special valve code, SP is used as the special pipeline accessory code, and RO is used as the flow limiting orifice code. The serial number of special valves and pipeline accessories is generally expressed in four digits. The first two digits represent the main item number, and the last two digits represent its arrangement sequence number. The two-digit number starts from 01 and the highest is 99. In the pipeline instrument flow chart, the numbers are filled in a circle or square with a diameter of 10mm, with the code on the top and the serial number on the bottom. Example:
Q10) or

For example, the manufacturer selected for design (if necessary), precautions in construction and installation, and on-site manufacturers should also note them. 2 Special valve and pipeline accessories data sheet
(see example table 2 to 8)
2.0.1 Preparation content
According to the list of special valves and pipeline accessories, the valves and pipeline accessories listed in the table are introduced one by one. Due to different categories, the content and format of the data sheet are not exactly the same. For special valves and pipeline accessories that are not specified, they can be prepared according to the requirements of ordering, installation, construction and production. Various data sheets generally include drawing number, name, quantity, number, drawing number, installation location, use conditions, technical specifications, model or drawing number, material, remarks and drawings (if any) and other contents. 2.0.2 Drawing number and name
Prepare the data sheet drawing number according to the different categories of special valves and pipeline accessories. Only one drawing number is compiled for the same category. The name of the data sheet should be filled in with the Chinese name of the special valve or special pipeline accessory. 2.0.3 Serial number, quantity
Serial numbers in the data sheet are arranged according to the different models and specifications of valves or pipeline accessories. For quantity, fill in the quantity required by the design.
2.0.4 Number, drawing number
Fill in the number according to 1.0.3, and fill in the drawing number according to 1.0.5. 2.0.5 Installation location
Fill in the specific location on the pipeline or equipment (machine). If there is a limited size requirement, the specific location and number must also be stated, and the corresponding pipeline number and the position number and nozzle number of the equipment (machine) must be filled in. 2.0.6 Conditions of use
Fill in the operating conditions and design conditions of special valves and pipeline accessories, including the name, state and physical properties of the medium, flow, pressure (including pressure difference requirements), temperature (including temperature difference requirements) and other relevant conditions of use. The scope of filling includes the before and after conditions of special valves and pipeline accessories, as well as the necessary external environmental conditions. 2.0.7 Technical Specifications
Fill in the specifications and dimensions (nominal pressure, nominal diameter), connection methods (welding, threaded connection, flange connection, etc., corresponding model standards) of special valves and pipe accessories, technical specifications of internal parts (such as mesh specifications of filter screen, throat diameter of safety valve, pressure adjustment data of safety valve, etc.). 100
2.0.8 Model or drawing number
Fill in the selected model for standard products; fill in the manufacturing drawing number for non-standard products. 2.0.9 Materials
Fill in the name of the material selected for design (in Chinese, material code). 2.0.10 Design (or selection) instructions
Fill in the relevant matters of design or selection, such as the requirements of installation type, vertical or horizontal, the installation height and wind pressure value of the muffler, the noise control range of the muffler; the installation requirements of the safety valve outlet pipe, the requirements for the selected materials; and some other issues and matters that need to be explained. 2.0.11 Remarks
Fill in the requirements for suppliers and matters that need to be explained. If necessary, fill in the name of the manufacturer of the selected product. If it is difficult to express clearly in words during manufacturing and construction and installation, a simple diagram can be drawn to explain. See example table:
