1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of manholes for sugar glass containers.
HG/T2055.1—91
This standard is applicable to the manholes of sugar glass containers with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa and a medium temperature higher than -20°C and lower than or equal to 200°C. This standard is generally used for glass containers that are not often opened and can be used as access holes or inspection holes for installation and maintenance. 2 Reference standards

3 Types, basic parameters and dimensions

Technical requirements
4.1 Manhole covers and protective rings shall be manufactured, tested and accepted in accordance with the relevant provisions of this standard and ZBG94004. 4.2 The gasket shall comply with HG/T2050, and the gasket material shall comply with the requirements of the general drawing of the pond glass equipment. 4.3 The clips and hooks shall comply with HG7T2054. Preparation

4.4 The manhole shall be subjected to water pressure test and air tightness test together with the glass equipment. The test pressure and air tightness requirements shall comply with the requirements of the general drawing of the pond glass equipment.
5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The exposed glass surface shall be wrapped with soft materials and the packaging shall be firmly fixed. 5.2 Avoid collisions during moving and transportation, and the packaging boxes must not be inverted. 3.3 The products should be accompanied by packing lists, product certificates and product instructions HG/T2055.1-91
5.4. The products should be stored indoors and are not allowed to be stored or stacked in the open air. Additional notes:
This standard is proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tan Glass Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. This standard is drafted by the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Design Institute of the State Drug Administration. The main drafters of this standard are Jiang Yanjun, Li Yijun and Hua Qiuyuan. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Chemical Industry standard HG5-273-79 "Oblong manholes for tank glass equipment" is invalid
This standard refers to the German national standard DIN28153--1983 "Cover plates for DN350×450, 500 and 600 openings on tank glass mixing vessels"
