The warp break stop is measured 50 times, and the reliability rate should reach 94%; the weft break stop and weft complete stop are measured 10 times each, and the reliability rate should reach 100%. 4.1.3 The movement of each moving part should be correct, stable and reliable, and the transmission should be stable without jamming. 4.1.4 All fasteners should not be loose 4.1.5 The whole machine should be reliably lubricated, and there should be no oil leakage at each lubrication point during continuous operation. 4.1.6 The noise (sound pressure level) of the whole machine should not exceed 85dB (A). 4.1.7 The product should have safety protection devices, 4.1.8 The electrical safety protection should meet the following indicators: a) The insulation resistance of the short-circuited power circuit and the protection circuit wire shall not be less than 1M: b) The grounding resistance between the protection wire terminal and any exposed part of the circuit equipment shall not be greater than 0.12. 4.1.9 The appearance should be neat and the color should be harmonious: the electrical wiring should be neat and beautiful. 4.2 Technical requirements for main partsbZxz.net 4.2.1 The surface roughness R of the main shaft The value of the mating surface is 1.6μm. 4.2.2 Cam a) The surface roughness R of the cam guide rail T is 3.2μm; b) The dimensional accuracy of the cam inner hole and the main shaft should not be less than H8. 4.3 Assembly accuracy requirements The assembly accuracy should comply with the requirements of Table 2. Table 2 Assembly accuracy Item Month 720--950 1., The radial runout of the lower door ring or the same steel buckle to the main shaft and the same rotation center The radial runout of the braided ring to the main shaft and the same rotation center The distance deviation between the lower plane of the door ring and the upper plane of the lower door ring 5 Test methods and inspection rules 5.1 Test methods 5.1.1 Sampling ≤1 .0 ≤1.8 0.3 Maximum folding diameter 1100-1600 ≤1.3 ≤2.5 ≤0.4 mm 2000-3100 1.8 ≤3.5 0.6 When the product is inspected before delivery, all of them shall be inspected. During the type test, sampling inspection shall be carried out, and one unit shall be inspected each time. If one of the inspection items fails, another unit shall be inspected. If there are still unqualified items, the type test shall be judged as unqualified. 5.1.2 Testing of weaving speed Use plastic flat wire with a width of 2.5mm, and the weft density is specified as 40 strands/100mm. Under normal weaving production conditions, the length of cloth woven by machine 2 JB/T 52902000 per hour is the weaving speed in Table 1. During the test, the length of the cloth is measured within 10 minutes, and the weaving speed is calculated. Under the condition that the actual weft density is not equal to 40 strands/100mm, the weaving speed can be converted according to formula (1): weaving speed-(actual weft density/40)×actual weaving speed 5.1.3 Testing of the reliability of warp break stop and weft break stop The reliability of warp break stop, weft break stop and weft complete stop is measured by artificial wire breaking method. 5.1.4 Testing of whole machine noise It is specified that the sound level meter is located 1m away from the main machine and 1.5m high for measurement. Four points are measured symmetrically and the average value is taken. 5.2 Inspection rules Each product must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory, and a product quality certificate shall be attached: 5.2.1 Factory inspection Each product shall be subjected to a continuous idle running test for no less than 4 hours before leaving the factory, and shall be inspected according to 4.1.1, 4.1.3~4.1.9, 4.3 5.2.2 Type test (1) After passing the idle running test, the type test shall be carried out on a plastic flat wire with a width of 2.5 mm for no less than 4 hours. The load operation test shall be carried out according to Table 1 and 4.1.2. Type test shall be carried out in one of the following cases: a) Pre-production and identification of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and T technology, which may affect product performance; c) During normal production, at least one unit shall be sampled and tested each year; d) When the product is resumed after two years of suspension; e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type test; f) When the national quality supervision agency puts forward the requirement for type test. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Each product should have a product label fixed at an appropriate and visible location. The size and technical requirements of the label should comply with the regulations of GB/T [3306]. The content of the product label should include: a) Manufacturer name: | |tt||b) Product name: c) Product model: d) Manufacturing date and number: e) Main parameters of the product, 6.2 Products The packaging should comply with the regulations of GB/T13384, and the following technical documents should be contained in the product packaging box (in a waterproof bag: a) product certificate: b) product instruction manual; c) Packing list; d) Random spare parts and accessories list, 6.3 Product transportation should comply with the regulations of GB19I and GB/T6388. 6.4 The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry place without fire sources or corrosive gases.
