National Standard of the People's Republic of China Test methods for agricultural wheeled and trackiaying tractors-Part 5:Turning and clutch operating testsGB/T 3871.5---93 Replaces GB387183 This standard adopts IS0789/3-1982 "Test methods for agricultural tractors-Part 3: Turning circle turning diameter". 1 Subject content and scope of applicationbZxz.net This standard specifies the test methods for steering and clutch operation of agricultural wheeled and trackiaying tractors. This standard is applicable to agricultural wheeled and trackiaying tractors. 2 Referenced standards GB/T3871.1 Test methods for agricultural wheeled and trackiaying tractors-Part 1: General requirements 3 Test instruments and equipment and parameter measurement accuracy 3.1 Test instruments and equipment Mainly include: steering force measuring device, steering force angle meter, steel tape measure and plumb bob, etc. 3.2 The measurement accuracy of the parameters shall meet the following requirements: distance ±1.0%, steering force ±5%, tire pressure ±5%, angle ±1°. 4 Test conditions 4.1 The technical status of the tractor under test and the general test requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3871.1. 4.2 The test site shall be a sufficiently large, solid, dry, clean and flat road surface with a slope of less than 3% in all directions and good adhesion performance. 4.3 The tractor under test shall be equipped with the maximum counterweight specified in the instruction manual. 5 Test method 5.1 Steering stroke measurement 5.1.1 Wheeled tractor Stop the tractor on the test site, put it in neutral and drive it in a straight line. Measure the steering wheel's left and right turning angles and the steering wheel's left and right turning angles when it turns to the extreme position. The measurement shall be carried out three times and the average value shall be taken. 5.1.2 Crawler tractor Stop the tractor on the test site, put it in neutral, measure the linear travel of the left and right steering lever application points and the linear travel of the left and right steering brake pedals, and measure them three times, taking the average value. 5.2 Measurement of minimum turning radius, minimum turning circle radius and minimum horizontal passing radius The tractor is driven at a uniform speed as low as possible, and the steering mechanism is manipulated to the limit position to make the tractor perform a rotary motion. After it has driven a full circle, drive it out of the site, and measure the radius of the circle on the ground from the center of the outermost wheel track (or track) of the tractor and the center of the innermost wheel track (or track) and the projection circle of the outermost end point of the tractor on the ground. The measurement should be carried out at three locations evenly distributed around the circumference, and take the average value. They are RR, R, respectively, as shown in Figure 1. That is, R can be used to represent the minimum turning circle radius, the minimum water passing radius, and HR can be used to give the minimum turning radius R (see Article 6.1 for details). Wheeled tractors should be operated under four working conditions: turning left, turning right, not using single-side braking, and using single-pass braking. For four-wheel drive tractors, the measurement should be carried out in the four-wheel drive and two-wheel drive (if it can be disengaged) states. Figure 1 Schematic diagram of the measurement of the minimum turning radius, the minimum turning circle radius and the minimum horizontal passing radius 5.3 Measurement of steering control force 5.3.1 Wheeled tractor As shown in Figure 2, mark the driving route on the ground, where AB is a straight line (its length is not less than 15m), D is a spiral line (its length is 13.89m), and D is an arc with a radius of 12m. When measuring, the tractor starts from point A at a speed of 10km/h, and the outer front wheel slides along curve ABCD. The maximum control force acting on the steering wheel during the tractor's driving from point B to point (D) is measured. The measurement should be carried out three times in both right turn and left turn, and the average value should be taken. When turning left, it should be driven along a route symmetrical to Figure 2. For hydrostatic steering tractors, the measurement should also be carried out when the engine is turned off. Steering force for turning in place. For four-wheel drive tractors, the measurement should be carried out in two states: two-wheel drive (if it can be disengaged) and four-wheel drive. 5.3.2 Crawler tractors At the same time as the test in 5.2, measure the maximum steering force acting on the operating lever and the left and right brake pedals in the direction of least effort and just when the minimum radius steering is achieved. The test is carried out for times in both left turn and right turn, and the average value is taken. 5.4 Clutch operation measurement 5.4.1 Main clutch operating force and stroke measurement Measure the maximum operating force and true linear stroke of the main clutch pedal (or operating lever) in the direction of least effort to achieve the main clutch separation process. The measurement is carried out three times and the average value is taken. 5.4.2 Power take-off shaft clutch operating force and stroke measurement For independent power take-off shaft clutch, the pedal (or operating lever) operating force and the line stroke measurement during the separation process shall be in accordance with the provisions of 5.4, 1. GB/T 3871.5-93 For the pedal operating force and point-line travel of the power output shaft of the double-acting clutch during the clutch separation process, the main clutch should be separated. The measurement method shall be in accordance with the provisions of 5.4.1. Coordinate points Figure 2 Schematic diagram of the driving trajectory for measuring the steering operating force of wheeled tractors (when turning right) 6 Test results and report 6.1 The minimum steering radius of the tractor is calculated according to formula (1): R.inR.+0.5B Where: Rmin the minimum steering radius of the tractor, m; R.... the radius of the track indicated by the center of the innermost wheel track (or track) of the tractor. m; B--- the wheel gauge (or track gauge) of the tractor. m. 6.2 The various measurement results of the wheeled tractor and crawler tractor shall be recorded in their respective test result summary tables, and a single test report shall be prepared in accordance with the relevant provisions in (133871.1).
