This standard adopts IS01399 thermal spraying material to determine the yield rate of combined change. According to the basic situation of thermal spraying material technology in my country, the following modifications are made to IS014916: The S0 word is cancelled!
The use of "This standard replaces this international standard" refers to the use of the wrong international standard; GB/T8647-2002
-Corresponds to 3.1 of ISO14915.199 for tensile strength test. In Chapter 3 of this standard, the formula is used to supplement it: Corresponds to the equipment in Section 4 of ISO14916:10: In Section 4 of this standard, the test is carried out according to the G%/16825 tensile testing machine. 7r-
Part 5.1 of ISO14S:61939 (the last paragraph) is included in Section 5.2 of ISO14S:61939 (the third paragraph). This standard replaces GE/T8642-1938 Determination of thermal spray layer bonding strength. 3. This standard is consistent with (B/T The main changes of the 43-1998 machine are as follows:
put forward standard requirements for the quick-use tensile test machine; increase, "42s mm: sample;
the number of samples is 3;
the test projection content requirements are more detailed;
added the sentence "sample preparation and test time"; the first sentence "towards"
wood standard and China Run Machinery.1 Industry Association also proposed. This standard was jointly proposed by the National and Non-metallic Coating Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard are Hou Zu, Liu Bingge, Xie Yan, Su Qi, and Jiang Zhen. 1 Scope

G/T8642--2002
This standard is applicable to the determination of the curvature of the thermal spray coating and the bonding strength between the thermal spray coating and the base material. This standard is used to evaluate the influence of the base material, spray material, surface pretreatment of the workpiece, and the spraying process on the bonding and strength of the thermal spray coating, or for routine monitoring of thermal spraying work. Juice: + The standard is not applicable to the preparation of products and long hole coatings. In this case, the deflection test should be used. 2 Normative reference documents
The following documents The specified clauses become clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For the referenced documents with the specified date, all subsequent amendments (excluding errors) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, the parties who have reached an agreement on this standard may use the updated versions of these documents. For any unrestricted referenced documents, their latest versions are applicable to this standard. G16825 Inspection of tensile machines 3t1S0E1
3 Technical opening and definition
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. Tensile strength RrtensileadhesiveslrcathK. The strength obtained by the tensile test, the minimum maximum load F. Calculated by the quotient of the fracture surface area S: that is, S
R: Combined tensile strength, N/nuraF--the maximum load is N/nuraF per square meter (V)
5 fracture surface area. The unit is square meter (mm) 4 equipment
only in accordance with GB/E225, push the static loading parts, accurate to any type of tensile testing machine between 1 and 2. The fixture system shall ensure that the test machine maintains concentricity during holding and loading. 1:5 specimen
5.1 Shape
In order to determine the strength of the test specimen in this standard, two types of specimens, A and B, with sizes of 25mm and 4m, are used. The specimens are small and have a tensile strength of 10mm and a load capacity of 1000 kg. (See Figure 2) The main body of the test block is composed of a paint layer sprayed on the front of the body block, and the loading block should be bonded to the flat surface of the strip.
As shown in the figure, it consists of two load-bearing and one body material sheet, one side of the sheet is provided with a thermal spray coating, and then the sheet and the load-bearing are bonded together
5.2 Preparation
GD/T86422002
When preparing the sample, any bending should be avoided. The shaped parts should be inserted into appropriate optical tools for assembly, and the sample should be aligned with the end face of the room. When testing the arc-resistant base material, the length and straightness of the coal should be changed accordingly. When necessary, the sleeve with internal grooves can be connected to the base block.
The base block is made of a specified base material, and its flat surface is provided with a specified coating: when coating, it is necessary to ensure that the sprayed material does not accumulate on the cut surface of the test. The loading block is made of other commercial strength alloys. The specimen preparation method is the same as the actual preparation method 1. The coating conditions should be the same as the spray coating conditions of the actual workpiece. Then the layer must be processed to prepare for the subsequent bonding conditions: ensure that the surface of the layer is not in contact with the specimen axis. Bond the loading block to the spray coating on the complete block (specimen A), or stand the two loading blocks together with a coated disc from two sides (specimen R). The entire bonding process and the subsequent bonding test must avoid the existing adhesive manufacturer. In order to make the adhesive resistant to corrosion, the specimens should be kept in a small position and provided with a self-test. The conditions of each specimen are an integral part of the test report. 5.3 Number of specimens The test is usually carried out on three test strips. 6 Procedure Insert the fire-resistant specimen into the pin of the tensile test machine and load it steadily. The load should not exceed 1 until the break occurs. The test is carried out under ambient humidity: The test conditions should be kept as the series test.
7 Evaluation
Inertia basic decision diameter. Then the disk is accurate to 0.1n. Therefore, the test cross-sectional area of the surface of the spray coating is calculated. Only when the spray coating is combined with the body and the body is broken, the base of the spray coating body can be used for calculation. When the high bonding layer is measured, the sample should not be used to average the tensile strength. In the routine inspection of the class, the main position can be set. The data is extracted to meet the low strength requirement. The statistical average and value of the tensile strength are calculated. 8 Test report||tt| |According to this standard, the test estimate shall include the following information about each test specimen: Inspection agency, inspector, date;
